We were referred to Endurance Plumbing from a friend whos used them once. I called them and they sent a plumber to my house three days later. The plumber they sent was friendly, professional and courteous. He admitted that he wasnt able to fix my problem that day and he had to go back and consult with his master plumber. He also said that their company would call me to schedule another visit "soon". A week goes by and I didnt hear back from them. I gave them a call and told the gentleman who answered the phone what happened. He said that he would look into it and call me back. Its now been another week and still nothing. If my job wasnt big enough for them, I wish they wouldve just told me so I could move on and find another plumber. I dont appreciate it when service providers promise their customers that they would do something (twice!) and they dont.

Bob and his team at Endurance were professional and got the job done quickly. My water heater stopped working and I called them Thursday around 7pm. They came out the next day to look at it. After taking the parts of what they needed, they told me it would either be Saturday or Monday before it was fixed. Junior, the plumber who worked on it, called me that afternoon and said he had the part. It was finished around 6pm on Friday. So in less than 24 hours, Endurance was able to fix my water heater. I cannot recommend them enough. Well done, Endurance!

I am a Maintenance Coordinator for a local property management company in Houston, Tx. I manage over 550 rental properties and I use Endurance Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs. The staff is beyond GREAT and the owner of the company is very nice. The plumbers that do the work for Endurance Plumbing are very knowledgeable in their trade and provide excellent customer service.
