Stay away! Dont be fooled by the high review rating! I suspect they are mostly phony - all 5 star. If you read them all you will notice similar bad grammar from review to review. Barry Carty even has 2 reviews one as a man and one as a woman. I also suspect that even the name "Plumber Near" is designed to pull in Google searches. This guy is nothing more than a broker. He takes calls and has his service staff do the work, taking a cut of the charges. He sent 2 amateurs over to my house who broke a pipe flooding my laundry room with water. They had to cut a hole in the sheet rock to staunch the flow. Now Im going to be saddled with sheet rock repair and painting. After all that, they wanted to charge me full price. I tried to get the guy to come and see the damage for himself. Even though he is supposed to be my neighborhood, he refused. My suggestion is to stay away from this guy! Reply: I am not a competing plumber! Phony reviews are against the law and so is misrepresenting your business. Plus you violate ethical business practices and the whole reason for reviews - to protect an unwary public. Reply: How do you explain the 2 Barry Cartys both giving 5 star reviews, one as a man and one as a woman? Are they an unlikely coincidence or just fictitious reviewers?

I found out I had a leaking kitchen faucet on a Saturday afternoon. I called several plumbers and they were the first to respond. 2 hours later the they promptly arrived at my house on time. They quoted me $201 but they offered a $47 off coupon so I expect to pay $154 to replace my faucet. They ended up charging me an extra $50 because they had a hard time removing the old faucet. I wasnt happy with the surcharge but I paid it. The owner of Plumber Near contacted me regarding the billing error as they bill by job, not by hour. He informed me that the charge was an error and he promptly refunded the $50 charge, provided a voucher for future services AND apologized for the inconvenience. I never contacted him about this issue. He took it upon himself to resolve this issue. Customer service is definitely important to the owner. I would recommend them, as well as use them again (although i hope I never have a water problem again LOL) They arrived on time, were knowledgeable and most of all, the owner wants to make sure you are happy. They are honest and fair and thats important. Their prices are reasonable as well - Thank you Plumber Near for such a great service!

It should be called Plumber Near! We wanted a disposal installed and they sent out a tenant, a nice guy whos been a plumber for a long time. The underside of our sink was a little tricky but he attacked it with no problem. An hour later and we had a disposal installed and Plumber Near gave us some tips to keep everything running smoothly. I will never go anywhere else for a plumber.. Oh yeah, and after the part was installed, he gave me a business card which is also a coupon for $25 off the next job. Slick!

We just came to the point that we need to change our toilet because of recurring clogs, low flash toilet and a crack on the tank. I call for Plumber Near and order them the products needed. They came to our house with the ordered products and install them immediately. They finished the installation that day so Im very glad we can use it the next day.. Its a good thing that Plumber Near is very quick in their service. You can see a dedication to their work and has an outstanding work ethics. Thumbs Up to you guys!

I needed a plumber for a job that I had no idea what he would find. My bath tub was getting no pressure and I was worried they would have to break into my walls. Plumber Near was my plumber and he assessed the situation and decided to try a couple things first before we went the wall breaking route. Lo and behold ... He had my pressure back and I had a shower again. This was my first time using Plumber Near and I would recommend them to anyone...Ask for Plumber Near as your plumber!

I had issues with my water pressure, a clogged drain, and even a leaky pipe (or so I thought). Plumber Near came to my house earlier than expected and helped figure out all the issues. He gave me advice on how to fix the leaky faucet (which wasnt a leaky pipe) on my own without having to incur additional costs. The total price I paid to unclog the bathroom drain was $105. It was very reasonable and much lower than expected. I would recommend Plumber Near to anyone!

Plumber Near got my attention when I google something. It came to the point that we need a plumber so I read reviews about them. I call their number and explain the situation of our clogging toilet. They came in few minutes and fixed our toilet directly. They finished after an hour so I pay them what they have quoted. I like their being professionals and reliable in everything.

My husband slipped on our comfort room last week and he grabbed the faucet and shower control on the wall to get his balance but they falls down at the same time. With that we cannot use them so we call a Plumber to fix it. Plumber Near respond quickly and scheduled us the same day. The staff were all professionals and very friendly. Never late and never over-charged the price.

Plumber Near have done a few things for us that includes clearing some drains and installing new things. We repeatedly have trouble with our drains because of how theyre built for our house. This last time, my three-year-old son fell asleep on the couch while they were still there so they started whispering working quietly which I thought was a very considerate thing to do.

I had a leak and needed a plumber. no problem. scheduled a time and plumber arrived exactly on time. polite, efficient, and even offered to organize the electrician to address short. electrician arrived also on time, sorted out issue on hand, and gave advice on ways to make the home even more secure. would definitely call Plumber Near again.

RUDE! I called yesterday because we needed a plumber. All I said was "Hello! I called to ask you a bit about your services!" and whoever the jerk was that answered said "No, we dont need you"......... What? I guess they are doing so well that they didnt need my business. Well, I dont need you as my plumber! Made absolutely no sense.

Every week I temporarily fixed our toilet to maintain the water that flushes on it. Now we already have a budget for that and its time to call Plumber Near. Plumber Near gentlemen came on time and permanently fixed it. They charge me in a reasonable price and also give me tips if ever it happens again. Thanks.

Ive got a quick response from this company when they arrived home 15mins after the call. I brief them about the problem and right away they started to fix. It takes an hour to finished everything and I was glad we can use the toilet already. Well trained techs and a plus point for being friendly.

Our Comfort-room has an odor when someone use it. We contacted Plumber Near to fix that problem and after 4 hours of working theyre done. We already use it and we cannot smell anything from it. Great service.
