Very courteous, helpful and a pleasure to do business on this problem. We called them, the gave a good quote and explained everything and then lined up for the work to be done next day, which was a Sunday and there was not extra of special charge for doing the work on Sunday. Their team showed up on time, were very professional, courteous, and worked quickly. I was very pleased with everything they did. They did a professional job quickly and cleaned up all debris before leaving. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and will use them for problems that may occur in the future. One thing that truly pleased me about HWH: when I called my regular plumber, they wanted to charge me $50 for a service call first and could give me no indication of the price them would charge. I only wanted a ball park number but they would not even give me the cost of the water heater unit. I was highly disappointed in my regular plumber. HWH gave me a fair quote over the phone and them prompt and did a excellent job of installing the new unit. I could not be more pleased with HWH. I highly recommend them.

David and Luis came down to install the water heater on a weekend and they have done a wonderful job. Prices are comparable to other plumbing companies. However, they do not live up to their promotions. They advertised that they would give $50/$100 for a review, but till date (its been 5 months since installation) even though they were contacted so many times, their answer is that they cannot see this google review. Its strange and ridiculous that they cannot find my review in-spite of me sending them the link. There are many companies who can do the same job for a similar price (or may be a better price depending on promotions). So think twice before working with this company who cheat their customers in the name of promotions. Dont promise what you cannot deliver.

I had 4 quotes done to replace my water heater to make sure the pricing was fair. Houston Water Heaters was the lowest price and I think provided the best customer service of the 4 as well. Steve was by far the most responsive and informative of the group and he made the whole process easy. I also think it is pretty cool to be able to correspond directly with the owner and get his insight. The installation was seamless and they did not leave a mess in my attic, garage, or in my home. That is important to me because that tells you that they pay attention to detail. I would, and will, recommend Houston Water Heaters to anyone who asks me.
