Renovated bathroom--replaced drop-in tub with a Kohler Sunstruck freestanding tub with a straight apron. Lisa-Ann and Jacque worked with me every step of the way with advice on how to accomplish this new project. I ordered the tub and fixtures online and once they were delivered, Steve came to recon the tub, overflow kit, and fixtures (to make sure I had everything I needed) and he explained, thoroughly, what the steps would be to begin and complete the project. So many details to replacing your tub! The demo of tub, chip through slab to run new water lines, then we removed walls down to studs and put tile on the walls and floor. (I do my own tiling.) The day of the tub install, the plumbers talked about their plan for installing the tub, fixtures, angles, everything! We read the Kohler installation instructions together and discussed why some of their instructions would work for this application and why some of them would not. They were very detailed on exact placement, which I appreciated. They did not assume anything and wanted my input on all cosmetic details. They marked everything before cutting, made sure everything was level and plumb, and was so respectful of keeping my spaces clean. Hauling in buckets of cement to secure the tub could have been a little tricky, but they were VERY careful of my home. They took their time and cleaned up after themselves. The end result was absolutely perfect! This project can be pretty expensive, but Plumb Perfect made it affordable by guiding my choices and answered endless questions to prevent mistakes. Everyone I talked to and plumbers that came to my house were careful and respectful of my home and my time. I have used them for years. They have installed toilets, sinks, a tub upstairs, tub and shower fixtures, and unclogged the main line for my air conditioner unit (several times). Loved them and recommend them! Next project--shower!

Ruben worked on my clogged kitchen sink today, 3/9/16. What we both thought a relatively easy fix with The Machine (commercial electric snake), turned out to be a nightmare, but Ruben had no fear and did not give up. He told me (and my 12 month old grandbaby) that he wasnt leaving till it was fixed. I was so worried about the cost, since I am a single, retired, school teacher...but it was a reasonable charge, especially since it took much longer than expected. He tried several methods until the drainage pipes were clear and my kitchen sink would drain. He stayed until he knew the drainage pipes were clear. Then I asked how much it would cost and if he had time to use the snake on my shower drain because it was draining very slowly and had been for a while. He checked with his boss and they gave me a price and did not add an extra service fee....and it now drains much better than it did before his magic hand fixed the problem. Ruben was very understanding, explained everything and even shared some stories about his children. I will definitely use Plumb Perfect again and will recommend them to my friends. Our experience was very professional, very honest and upfront and clear on all charges, and so hard working and determined to get everything perfect. The charges were very fair and we called around to a lot of plumbers who kept upping the price. My husband is an electrical engineer - worked for NASA and said the job they did on our two hot water heaters was commercial level. Our house was so difficult to do, it is a custom home and we just had painting done and these folks worked til late at night, never complained, always positive, and did not get even one mark on any wall anywhere - so incredibly neat to boot. We love these folks and Lisaann was so professional and level-headed and fair. We recommended them to our father in-law and neighbors. They know their products, clear and upfront and fair pricing, on time, so pleasant to deal with, so honest (I would have given them the keys to the house and left), and truly determined to make it "perfect". I didnt know their were companies out their still like this. Family-owned business with professional installment and yet very personal care.

Realized Sunday night that my water heater had met the end of its life and needed to be replaced. On Monday morning at 7:00 am, I filled out the Plumb Perfect contact form on the internet and hit the send button. I was contacted within 30 minutes. By 9:00 am, they were at my house, and two hours later I had a brand new water heater installed and working perfectly. The response time exceeded my expectations, but the best part of the whole experience was the Plumb Perfect plumbers. Very hardworking, and they knew what they were doing. What more could one ask for, but it did not end there. Not only did they earn my trust through their competence and work ethic, but their professionalism earned my respect. Even if you have a cheaper quote from another plumber, just pay the little extra to have peace of mind that the job will be done right by a wonderful company. I have had several prior experiences with other plumbing companies that resulted in distress and conflict. I was so happy that I chose Plumb Perfect. No headaches after the job so that I could get back to enjoying life.

We have used Plumb Perfect on several occasions. Theyve installed a water heater, repaired a loose toilet and fixed a leaky valve for us. However, I have to say that during the sale of our home there was water in our drain pan and the inspector said the water heater needed repair or replacement. I called Plumb Perfect and with no questions asked they went out right away to defend their work and explain to the potential buyers that it was not the water heater, that it was the vent from the roof leaking from rain earlier in the day. There was an obvious gap and the water was running down the side of the heater into the pan. They went above and beyond the call of duty on our closing day. We were suppose to sign at 11am. They had a plumber there to explain by 9am. The buyers signed at 11 and our sale was complete. They were going to back out, but thanks to their service and explanation the day was saved. We will continue to use them when we move on our new home in the next month!

The customer service from everyone I dealt with at Plumb Perfect was exceptional. I first spoke with Teresa around noon on a Friday, about replacing our hot water heater. After discussing some details and options she gave me a price and was able to schedule Ruben, to arrive between 1:30 and 3:00 that day. She was very honest and upfront disclosing the few possible additional charges for work that might be necessary. Around 2:00 I got a call letting me know Ruben had finished his last call and was on his way, after he picked up my water heater. Ruben was very professional and knowledgable. The owner Steve arrived shortly afterward to help with the install. They left the area cleaner than when they arrived and finished the entire job by 6:30. The work was great. The whole team was awesome. Most definately recommended.
