placed an order over the phone. 13 days later no invoice or confirmation of the order. upon calling to follow up, there is no record of my order. there are lots of excuses and verbose explanation of why they cant process an order. I find companies that dont want my money to be a bit aggrevating! if you need something best to look elsewhere.
