A small plastic piece of a toilet cleaning brush got flushed down the toilet and clogged the pipe and the toilet wouldnt flush. I called these guys to help - thought I was reading good reviews online so I went with it. They tell you that itll be $50 to come out and that applies to the job fee if they do work for you (even though their site says "FREE ESTIMATES"). Thats fine, but they dont give you any idea of their OUTRAGEOUS price for anything on the front end. They came out and snaked the line for probably 15 minutes or less and those 15 minutes cost $300! Thats $1200/hr. The customer service rep said there is no job pricing list and they dont charge by the hour...yet the job price depends at least partly on time. These guys charge whatever they feel like and in my case, it was double what another master plumber quoted me after the fact. Maybe theyre fine for some jobs, but this is NOT AFFORDABLE PLUMBING SERVICES. I dont think these people are honest or work with integrity and Id stay away, even if they do know plumbing. I am not a cheapskate and I have no problem paying people for good work, but that rate was unacceptable. Rep on the phone afterwards couldnt have cared less about any of this either. Stay away.

Affordable Plumbing Services And Sewer Our sewer ejector pump failed with predictably messy consequences. We noticed around 5 p.m. and called Affordable Plumbing Services And Sewer Cleaning (among others). They were the only ones to promise to come by that very evening between 9 and 10 p.m., which they did, amazingly enough. They quickly determined that the pump had packed it in and promised to come by the next morning at 9 a.m. to fix it. Sure enough, they were there the next morning with a brand new pump and proceeded to fix the ejector within a couple of hours. All in all, very professional and quick. The plumber quoted me $550 to replace the shower cartridge. I had another company do it for $107! I couldve probably done it myself once I saw how easy it was to turn the water off, remove the shower handle and cover and replace the $30 part... probably a 30min job. He plumber asked if we had any other showers in the house, which we replied no. I wonder what the price wouldve been if we said yes and we didnt need it fixed in a hurry? I wouldnt be writing this review except I realized I had to pay him $50 for a potential wallet-raping. Avoid these guys. Maybe they used to be honest back in the day, but they are what is wrong with the world these days.

We recently used Affordable Plumbing Services And Sewer Cleaning for a major project (water heater replacement and bathroom remodel) in our home. We were really impressed with their ability to not only set an appointment, but they actually showed up when they said they would! Each day the technicians arrived the first thing they did was put booties on their feet! Wow...what a way to show respect for my home and property. They did a wonderful job and left my home cleaner than when they arrived! I will recommend Affordable Plumbing Services And Sewer Cleaning to all my friends and family. I wouldnt think of using anyone else!

This place is ridiculous. The plumbers who came to my house were very nice. They tried unclogging toilet with an auger then decided they would need to lift the whole toilet to replace wax seal and snake again. That service would cost $400; you can get a new toilet for that price. I sent them home immediately after paying $50 for their attempt. If youd like to be taken advantage of call these guys and their ridiculously "cheerful" receptionist. If youd like to retain the thickness of your wallet, find yourself a trustworthy handyman who will help you out for a fourth of the price guys.

We recently had Affordable Plumbing Service - Houston Plumbers out to check out a faulty garbage disposal and leaking faucet. We would rate the experience a 5 out of 5. The whole process from making an appointment to completion of the work was a very good experience. They came out on time, and very quickly provided an assessment and we opted to have the work done immediately. They are clean,and friendly, knowledgeable, and do good work. all, a positive experience. We would recommendAffordable Plumbing Service - Houston Plumbers.

I call Affordable Plumbing Services And Sewer Cleaning technician answered phone call around 6 pm in the evening and was able to make it over to fix my Kitchen sink in less than an hour. Prior to arriving he quoted me a price from the description of symptoms and explained what work would need to be done. Upon completion of the work he charged me less than what was quoted over the phone. Very Honest and affordable. I will use this companies services again and highly recommend to others.

I will say the guys were nice.. but they did a horrible job left our place looking so bad they didnt fix anything just kept charging more and more. Paid then to do another job up front and they never came back to do it.. guys make sure u dont pay these people up front get the job done and running before u hand them anything! I made a hug mistake but i learned my lesson

Affordable Plumbing Services did a complete repipe under my foundation, master bath remodel, water heater installation. Affordable Plumbing Services did a very good job to code and at a very reasonable price. They are polite, and prompt. If you are doing a big Plumbing project, you should be prepared to guide them how you want things done and oversee the work.
