Cant say enough good things about this company! Called them about a serious issue and the response time was great. They identified the problem late on a Friday afternoon and were back on Saturday morning with a full crew to fix it - even showed up at 8:00 a.m. when they were scheduled for 9:30! Casey kept us updated with pictures and video while the work was in progress. Triple checked it all and we are back in business! I especially appreciated the fact that they were very aware that Saturday is the biggest day in retail and they took many precautions to insure the safety of our patrons. I recommend Budget without reservation. I was so impressed with how they handled the plumbing issue at the business that I will be using them for my personal plumbing needs in the future.

My wife and I are new hone owners. We moved in a year ago and have always heard about the horrible costs associated with plumbing repairs. Well yesterday I noticed my water bill was extremely high and found I had a main water line leak. I researched top rated plumbers near me and found Budget Home Services on top. After reading some of the great reviews I called and set an appointment. Today I had the pleasure of meeting both Derrick and Angel. They were professional and down to earth people. When he quoted me my price I was relieved, Budget Home Services is very reasonable and had me fixed up in no time. Great company, good people and they will be highly recommended from me moving forward and will be my go to for plumbing issues in the future.

This is the second time Ive used this great company. This time I used their service to re-pipe my mothers house. Due to the size and nature of the job, my mother and I wanted to get three bids. Since I was satisfied with Budget Home Services previous work done in my own home, I wanted to include BHS in this bid opportunity. I called two of the "BIG" service companies in town and BHS was the most affordable bid we received, so we decided to contract BHS to do all of the re-piping in her home. Not only was their price fair, their professionalism and quality of work performed was again outstanding to me and now my mother is equally impressed and has decided to utilize BHS to install her air conditioning outside.

Jose M. is an absolute gem. He is the epidimy of what you look for in a professional. He arrives ahead of his own schedule and provides specific communication of what will be done. He is extremely detailed and sees things beyond your untrained eyes. I called and received a service quote on the next business day. Jose was able to offer completing the project on the same day. He also ensured that his service area was just as presentable as it was when he arrived. Dont make a costly mistake in hiring anyone else other than BHS. You will do your home or commercial property an injustice if you dont secure them for your services. CALL THEM TODAY!

Cant give enough positive praise for our experience with Budget Home Services. I called and talked to a real person and they sent someone out right away. JR was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to take care of us and make sure all questions and concerns were met. He even looked at another project we had questions on and told us what we could probably do ourselves and what to look out for. I really appreciate that. Not trying to nickel and dime you or talk you into things you dont need. Highest ratings to these guys and JR for excellent service. We will go back to them every time!

I cant attest to the actual service of this company as the guy didnt even get out of his truck. He said the neighborhood "didnt feel safe." There are beautiful homes on this street. Kids play in the yards, people walk their dogs, hang out on their porches. Nice cars in driveways. And when I called the dispatcher, she got an attitude with me about the driver, saying well, shes not in the truck and cant make him do anything. I dont know if they only service River Oaks and gated communities, but they should not have accepted the call. Just the attitude of the person I spoke with was enough to write this review.

Rick and JR came to the rescue! Dont know how long I had the leak, but the City of Houston Water Department sure does. Rick and JR were both very professional and efficient. Was surprised at how quickly they were able to do the job. It was pretty muddy down there under the house, but they didnt complain. JR informed me of how to send a copy of his Invoice to the City of Houston Water Department using a form from the City of Houston Water Department website for a "Leak Adjustment Credit" because of the higher water bills. I will use their services again in the future. Thank You!

Our hot water suddenly stopped working Tuesday evening and we called Budget Home Services Wednesday morning. They came out the same day and Derrick and Angel were very fast, friendly, were quiet while our baby napped and our kids enjoyed playing with them as well and even cleaned up any mess that was made. What mom wouldnt love that! Will definitely continue to use this company and recommend to family, friends or a stranger in need of reference.

I had called five of the other "big name" home service companies and they all insisted on coming out to give a quote. I dont know about other people, but I cant take off from work multiple times to meet with service technicians. I appreciate the way your company does business.

Budget Home Services (BHS) provided great service to our condo this past Monday. Huck at BHS led his team to install hot and cold water filters in our bathroom to filter the water in the shower and bathroom sinks in our condo. I would gladly recommend the BHS team to anyone.
