We have used several plumbing companies over the years. There are lots of choices in Houston! We started using Santhoff Plumbing Company a couple of years ago. They have done several projects for us. Joe Santhoff hires quality techs who are courteous and incredibly knowledgeable. Were very impressed with their work and know that we will continue to use them without hesitation! We highly recommend Santhoff Plumbing to anyone that needs plumbing service. Installations & repairs, they are a "Best in Class" company!

Santhoff Plumbing rescued our HOA from the woes of Charlies Plumbing. When Santhoff arrives, the problem is fixed on the first call. They truly care about our HOA members, and respond as if they lived there too. Dont waste your time with other plumbing companies in Houston. If you want your issues fixed the first time and want work performed by experts in the plumbing business, then call Santhoff!

An extremely dishonest company. Called to ask what it would cost to diagnose and issue with our water heater and was told it was $49. Upon arrival, the service tech said it was $150 min to call the manufacturer. Similar feedback to other reviews about a bait and switch type approach. Please consider using other vendors if possible.

Terrible experience. Classic bait and switch. They came out and quoted a job to repair a toilet. Parts and labor was quoted at 575.00. Once they arrived at my house with parts a week later the price jumped to $ 1475.00. Stay away from this company.

We received same day service for a stopped up sink on the second floor. It took some creative plumbing but Mike knew what to do. They left the area clean and even installed a light bulb in my attic where the drain pipes run. Thanks!!

Used them for over 5 years. Professional, on time, do what they say they can do, have not experienced any over charging. Yes there is a 49.00 service fee, but the quality of the work is top notch.

Contacted them about service, but they said they dont service inside the loop. When asked to provide more information on this, they ignored the email.
