Plumber, Frank, was great! Courteous and friendly. But the boss, Tom was totally inconsiderate and rude. The receptionist told me $79 for service charge and then cost of repair minus service charge if they do the work. Frank , bless his heart, said it was the thermo coupler. I had a thermo couple and it didnt work, turns out the whole assembly needed to be replaced. Instead of Tom still taking the $79 off and only charging for the job, he wants to charge 379, not to mention I had to order and pay for the other part myself. If his guy (as he calls him) had come out and tried a thermo couple they were going to order and it didnt work then I would be demanding all $300 back! Then what? So they charged me $189 today for an undone job just so they can come back and finish. If I find someone for cheaper I will NOT have Toms rudeness crossing my space. Get some customer service training please and learn to stand by your employees bc it makes it look like you are just grasping for more money. Greed: its what has ruined America!

I had a leak in my cabinet in the bathroom I did not know where the leak was coming from plus my shower seem to have a non stop leak. I really needed some repairs done to my bathroom because of the leaks my water bill was really high. I decided to call All Service Plumbing in Houston. They came found the leak under the cabnet That I could not find. They fixed everything that needed to be repaired and got the job done right the first time. Now, my water bill is a whole lot lower.

When my basement started flooding I immediately called my engineer Father in California. After trying some suggestions, He told me to call a plumber, as he wouldnt be up to visit for three more weeks. Turning to all service plumbing was great,as I quickly was able to see who to call. They came out the same day, looked into the problem, and said that hed need the bigger machine. He arrived promptly at 9am the next day, and the problems was solved by noon; excellent work.

I called for an emergency and their response was quick, he arrived right on time. Was courteous and professional. Explained and went over everything with us, their pricing was very fair and the work was done properly. Their serviceman was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Very pleased with the technician, he resolved the issue fast and very nice and helpful. I was very pleased and I would recommend this company again...Experts in a heating emergency!

All Service Plumbing, You Are Such "Life Savers"..... I Had A houseful expected last weekend, and my toilet was plugged way beyond repair..., or so I thought anyway!!! You guys came out in no time flat with the best plumber out there. Come to find out, my 3 yr. old daughter "Ava" flushed her toy mermaid down the toilet to go find Nemo in the ocean!!!! Our toilet was fixed in no time, and Ive had a little "pep" talk with my darling little child since.... : }

Oh my gosh I had the worst plumbing leak. I have a 2 story place and it started soaking the roof/floor. I called All Services Plumbing and they had great customer service on the phone. They calmed me down and assured me everything would be okay. He sent a plumber out immediately and what felt like seconds he was here. He fixed the problem and helped me get the water out of the house. Thanks guys for a job well done.

We had a leak under our sink and water was coming through our flooring. The customer service at ALL Services was very courteous and got someone out to my house quickly. We were given an estimate and were able to set up an appointment to have the work done. They were on time and left our kitchen spotless when they were done. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing repairs.

These guys know their stuff I was up to my head when my toilet keep flooding out water. I was about to call some other guys that were really expensive. But I then decided to check these guys out and sure enough they knew everything that was wrong and fixed it quickly and cheaper than what the other guys offered. They were friendly and knowledgeable will use them again in the future.

our main line was very clogged,you could count the minutes it would take the water to go down the drain. a relative, who recently had the same problem, told us about All Services.right from the start the were very polite and easy to work with.theyre work was very professional and surprisingly clean.highly recommended.

Excellent service. They did a very good job. I had leak in my bathroom for long time. They came to my house and fixed everything. The price was very reasonable. I also found they are very fast. They really care about there costumers. Just love them. I would definitely use them again if I need to.
