I have used Fulkersons previously and been satisfied with their work, however my recent experience with them causes me to warn others prior to hiring them, and to be certain to get estimates even if you have used their company before. I had a water line break on Christmas Eve, which in the course of being repaired got mud and trash in the lines. I called Fulkerson to come clear my lines, and left a check with my son for payment. When I arrived home, I was shocked to find that I was charged $275.00, about double what I expected to pay. I made calls to 7 companies to compare prices and get quotes for the job, and was quoted $159 to $200 for the job at hourly rates of $80 to $87.50. Fulkerson charged me $245 for 2 hours labor. I spoke with the owner to let him know I would not be using him again and why. I really can not recommend them and will go instead with another local plumber I found when researching prices.

Fulkersons was very prompt and professional. Many other companies I called this morning were quick to get me off the phone because they were booked for the day, or even up to a week out. Im a pregnant woman who uses the restroom frequently and Ive had to go to the gas station because my toilets were very backed up. Fulkersons was not only quick to get out here and remedy the problems, they were also very professional and courteous. The problem was fixed ASAP and I was even given feedback on future problems. Ultimately, Im very satisfied with the service provided this morning and they have now become my go-to plumbing service.

Fulkerson Plumbing gets five stars! Fulkerson has been to our residence several times recently as we have been trying to solve a nagging sewer drain problems. Every employee who has been her has been knowledgeable and very courteous. And unlike several other companies we know, they have not overcharged, and most importantly, they fixed our problems! FIVE stars! (But if you happen to also have electrical problems. . . beware of Baytown Electric! They charged us $170.40 to replace one GFI plug. Next time Ill Google it and do it myself! Or. . .Ill find someone other than Baytown Electric! Wow! They get no stars.)

Called early in the day for an estimate to replace my broken water main (obviously an urgent matter) an was told they would send someone out after lunch. Took off of work early to ensure Id be home to meet them, nobody showed or called. When I called to touch base with them i was told "obviously we didnt make it. You wanna try for tomorrow?" I told them not to bother. If I could rate negative stars I would. Total garbage and bad business to recieve a smart assed comment after wasting my time and costing me money. Hire someone with the decency and business sense to stand by their word.

We have been using Fulkerson for about 10 years. Mostly I have just needed them to unclog drains. But once I had them fix a leaking pipe under my house. They have been dependable and timely in my experience, and their prices are reasonable. Their employees are not overly friendly, but I have not had them actually be rude. Just kind of down-to-business, no chit-chat kind of people.

I have used Fulkerson Plumbing for almost ten years. I have never had a complaint about them. They are not always available on weekends though.
