This is a sorry company, that guys came out to my home in raywood on 770 to pump out my septic.when they came out the driver (Caucasian worker)said he already had some waste in his truck and that there would be enough room for what I had (found out from septic repair man that thats how they get you) and they pumped out my septic but didnt open all of the lids (at the time I knew nothing about septics)and I told the hispanic or biracial worker that the guy that came last time opened the big dome, and he said that "the water was gonna run over and it doesnt have to be opened" so I knew something wasnt right so in went on and when they finished I was still full and they charged me 475$ for that and then had them come back out with the older short guy that they brought out and my wife said they were very unprofessional and using bad language and arguing with her about how many sprinklers we had lol They better not ever step on my property again and I mean that

I hired Go green plumbing and Septic to install a very complicated septic system at my business and well as all of the plumbing in our new building, there crew did a very professional job and we are very glad we hired this company to do the job. I will recommend Go Green Plumbing and Septic To every one I know. There staff really knows there business. The owner was the most professional businessman I have ever done business with. I just hired go green Plumbing and Septic for another job at one of our shopping centers, They installed a lift stations and all of the plumbing to the building and city sewer. I read the reviews for this company & was surprised anyone has had good service with this company. Mr. Elliott retired and these complaints are for the new owner. Paid for a new pump. Worked a few days then stopped working. Paid for repairs to it. Worked a few days and quit working again. Only bc I was desperate to get our septic system working I paid them for another pump. They said there was no warranty on the first pump. This pump did not work! After paying for 2 pumps in a short time frame they said they would put another one in for $1000.00 if I paid upfront. I declined & had another company put a pump in & I have not had a problem since. I do not want anyone from this company on my property ever again.

Will never use again, the guy messed up the wiring in the control box, direct wired it to a plug, then it wasnt even electrical... The pump had went out in the tank, wanted to charge $1000 to replace so $700 later he left everything a mess, we went to tractor supply, bought the pump for $250 and my husband installed it with no prior knowledge of pumps.

That guy help me with a kitchen sink at home. I had a problem with the pipes, I do not know what exactly, but that guy fixed everything. For less than an hour all the things was normal and I am pleased. So I give my positive feedback about that mister and I wish him a good luck.
