Richard Parker could stand to be a little nicer to people and not intentionally speak to them like theyre morons. He think if he laughs about it the whole time its okay, but he doesnt seem to mind that hes the only one laughing. When he cant understand me, its my fault. When I dont understand what hes talking about, its also my fault and he rubs it in until Im completely flustered and at a loss for words. Ive called him before and each time I tried my best to appease him and make everything go as efficiently as possible but it is unbearable. It was an exact repeat of last time. No more. Im done. I hear his son is great and polite, though, so maybe try to get him to come out.

Virginia and Spencer very rude and unprofessional. Called early to schedule and was told someone would come in the afternoon. Called back at 2 and Virginia said there was no status and that the plumber didnt like phone calls. I explained that it seemed the plumber was more important than the customer and if that was the case that maybe I should find another plumber. She told me she would call him and get back with me. 1 hour later I still had not heard from her so I called back only to be told that there were still three customers ahead of me. It seems they have a problem managing their workload.

We are very dissatisfied with this company and will not use them again. They had to keep going back for parts on the clock and LEFT THE JOB UNFINISHED. Then they tried to charge for extra time. Upon speaking with the owner he was extremely rude and unprofessional. I will not recommend this company to anyone. Sad when you hire a professional and then have to finish the job you paid them for yourself. Use another plumber in Longview. I will.

Have used them for years. Just had a new faucet and disposal installed and Glen provided the service. Fast and detail conscious. Good price for all I had him do. Other jobs he has done for us: New hot water heater, cleaning out lines, installing hi-rise toilet, reapairing leaks inside and out. Cant go wrong with this company. Ask for Glen

I have used this company several times in the last few years. I have had the owner there and some of his workers. All of them have always been very polite, helpful and the pricing was decent. I had a 8am appointment and they never showed. I called and they said that the plumber was stuck on a job and would be at my location within a hour. I waited for three hours still no plumber showed I called and said I have to go to work around 1145.

This company is buying 5 star reviews. "Adam Wiggins" appears all over the place reviewing companys. Stay Away from companys that have to buy reviews to get business.
