Lister Plumbing was hired to make new drainage for a shower and tub combo with promises for 6 days of work at a rate of over $100/hour/person. They started the next day. Then 15 days later, after being failed twice by the Galveston City Plumbing inspectors, once for the drainage and then the new copper supply plumbing (leaking), they were finally finished. The 2 men would show up and then need to go to the store for the correct pasts. Their delays and not being at the house when the they called the City Inspector cost me $2000 more in delays that were paid to the other contractors completing all the other work. I will never use them again. Rich Lister was on the job site numerous jobs and this did not improve the quality of work or progress.

Tried to call you tonight but I realized it was after 8pm already and also its Saturday. I just want to thank you for giving me a break this time, but I know that if that happens again next time, that something has to be done with the problem and there will be charges. Your technician was awesome in explaining to me what could have been the problem (leaking water from aircon) and what he was going to do to fix it. Im sorry I did not get his name but he knew what he was doing because the house is COOL now!!!! Thank you again Lister Plumbing!
