If I could give 0 stars I would, Giza has the worst customer service and overcharges for their services. Then because of their poor quality work I had to pay someone else to come and fix the work they overcharged me for. When shown the flaws in their overpriced work, they refused to work with us. They pretty much told us to get bent. Will never recommend them, instead call Sportsman Plumbing and Heating they will get the job done right and not charge you an arm and a leg for a small job.

I dont know how these people are still in business. I asked them if they had a simple fitting and after 6 hours of waiting for a phone call back I had to call them again and wait for phone call back again. Just to tell me they dont have it.( which I know they have because my house was plumped by them) the worst customer service I have ever seen...

I was recently out of state and had a problem with a furnace in Staples. I called Giza and asked them to check it out. They responded right away. The fixed the problem the same day. Parts $43.40 and labor $80.00. I would recommend Giza.
