I really dont like to write negative reviews. I dont do it often...but I felt the need to share my experience to hopefully save someone from making the mistake of going to this salon. Ill first point out that majority of the 5 star reviews are because they were "able to get in quickly"...well that may be the case but it makes you question why the schedule is so empty. My mom had gone here a couple times in the past and she finally vowed to never go back because she had such negative experiences. Each time the staff were rude and cold.... she was even turned away (rudely) because they didnt have time for an appointment she had set. Well I unfortunately decided to set up an appt for myself today in hopes of having a different experience. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was absolutely shocked when my stylist came out of the back 10 minutes late and unenthusiasticlly called my name without so much as a hello. When I sat in the chair she looked at me and said "what do you want?" I explained what I had hoped for and she immediately said she didnt have time for that. She said it was my fault because I scheduled for the wrong thing. She was very unapologetic and told me I could reschedule...I opted not to. Between the experiences of both my mom and I... I think its safe to say they wont get anymore business from us. Please do your research and find ANOTHER salon. They dont deserve your money.

I am very serious when it comes to picking a salon. Im telling you I dont spend 15+ minutes researching a place for nothing! I have long hair (middle back) and its none-touched, like a virgin! (Ive never had it colored) So finding a salon and stylist that will be gentle with my hair is always what Im looking for. I typically only stick with "Paul Mitchell Focus Salons" because they always carry the best products along side Paul Mitchell. So when I found Studio 720 and saw they had awesome reviews; I figured the 30ish minute drive was worth giving it a try. My stylist was Stephanie, and right off the bat she was fantastic. Very personable! Im shy so Im not a big talker, but she made it easy to communicate and also provided good conversation for me to listen to. My hair looks and feels fantastic! Along with Stephanie, the salons atmosphere and the people that work there are genuinely nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this salon and am more than happy to return!

I had been going to a very expensive Salon in Frisco. I decided to keep my business in Little Elm and I visited Studio 720 Salon. Ginny, the owner is a delight and gave me a full tour of her beautiful facility. Heather has now been my color specialist for almost 2 years. She is very professional and attentive to every detail. The salon is relaxing and has the "spa like" feel. I get so many compliments on my hair color and have referred many to the salon. The pricing is" in line" with other salons but is close to home and convenient. My husband goes to Roberto for mens cut and style. He loves the way his hair looks and feels and will not go anywhere else. Thanks, Studio 720 Salon!

My grandma got her hair done by Laurelle at the Little Elm 720 salon about a week ago. She was very sweet to her and made her feel so good about herself with a new hair style/cut. My Nan cant do a review hence I did it for her being as happy as she was! Better late than never!? I do recommend this salon and this stylist Laurelle for sure, oh and there was a very nice lady at the desk too. Thank you so much.

New to the state and was able to get an appt without much wait. My color was matched perfectly and the cut was great. Diddie is my stylist and was so sweet from the start. She was concerned with my needs and worked hard to make me feel special and pampered. The staff was friendly and always helping one another with cuts and colors to get everyone perfect. Dont hesitate! !!!!!!!!

I had a great experience here. I got platinum highlights done by Diddie and they came out beautiful, also she was very sweet and attentive. I had my 4 year old daughter with me, the staff was very sweet to her and I and the owner especially went out of her way to make my daughter comfortable. I would highly recommend this salon.

Elizabeth B. is the BEST!! Shes truthful she knows exactly what shes doing and is the best at short hair! (I have a pixie)! Elizabeth will be honest and patient with you, you will have no worries when she is cutting your hair. Shes cut my sisters, Nana and mine. I would recommend anyone to her❤
