I have to say Shefali and her staff deserve more then 5 stars. This salon is beautiful, the environment and ambience is phenomenal, not to mention the service. I have NEVER had to wait for an appointment, Im greeted and taken right away! I always get full body wax threading and face threading. My skin is horrrrrible, but Ive never had any issues thanks to Shefali. They properly sanitize and use clean tools to make sure your skin is not contaminated. Shes been doing my services for four years, after I loved to Dallas I had a hard time finding someone I loved. Once I tried her Ive never gone back to anyone else. My brows were so thin and space she has help me grow them out and give them a much better shape. I highly recommend her services and would refer this to anyone! And Im a tough cookie to please, since Im a makeup artist. So my skin, is everything to me! Definitely give her a try! You wont regret it!!!!

Loved everything about this salon besides the fact that half my face was ripped off during the face wax..and she even SAW that I had sensitive/acne prone skin. Even then, I got charged for a full face wax (minus eyebrows because I didnt get those done) This is why I prefer non desi salons over desi salons. It took about 2 weeks for my face to heal and I couldnt apply facial soap or makeup, and even moisturizer. I just lathered on Neosporin and prayed that would fix my face, otherwise it would have left scars. The staff here needs to get professionally trained before they are left to deal with customers. The owner of the salon seemed to have better knowledge, but again, one of her employees took care of me, not the owner herself. Very disappointed and never going back here again.

Hand down the most hygienic and super clean salon all over Dallas. Prices are quite reasonable. All the girls are great, Shefali (Owner) is my personal favorite. Her magic touch is needed every 2-3 weeks. So far I have tried threading, waxing and facials and she has never failed to satisfy me. Only I wish she could stay open till late in the evening. In short, I love the place and the girls!!!

Went to have my eyebrows threaded this morning. The salon is super clean and smells wonderful. The owner is the sweetest person and she made my eyebrows look gorgeous. Shes very gentle and easy to talk to. Would highly recommend. I definitely will be back!

Very plesant experience everytime. I got my 5 year olds ears pierced as well which healed wonderfully. No issues. It is my go to place now.
