This place has become the worst place ever for service. This is my 2nd time coming and walking out. I dont know where the owners are but your employees are the worst. They are more interested in talking to each other than taking care of their customers. I came in today for my normal waxing service. I sat for about 10 minutes and another customer comes in they take the customer that walked in after me. I explained that I was here first and of course the ladies that do the waxing pretend they dont speak English when its necessary the only thing they know how to say is TIP!!! If you come to this place happy be prepared to leave with an attitude. That only if you EXPECT GREAT SERVICE.

I got a Brazilian wax there and it was only $30!! The woman who waxes there is FAST, she had me all finished in under 20 minutes and did a better job than many expensive salons that I have been to! At first I was a bit weary because it was so barren but then I realized they had just opened shop. They are very friendly, great place, I will continue to go back.

The worst hair cut , i have ever gone through. I donno y these people doesnt understand what exactly customer want. Please Listen to customer first what they exactly need. Its not that you say ok for what customer says, and do what ever hair cut u know. I dont suggest anybody to go there for hair cut.

The only way getting good service here is; coming when theres not too many clientele... Because when its full, the ladies doing the eyebrows will hurry and do an awful job. competing for whoever do more eyebrows.
