Came here to get my haircut, when the girl asked me what I wanted, I showed her a photo of a bob on my phone...she said oh...and started asking everyone around her if they could do it. One lady said she had an appointment coming, another lady said no she cant do it as straight as the photo..so I was just standing there like an idiot while they all glanced at each other... (not as idiotic as the 1st lady who said no to me who obviously doesnt know how to cut hair) I ended up saying nevermind and walked away. They didnt even try to tell me what the could do, or ask if I wanted to look at a book to see other photos to get other ideas, nothing...Terrible.

Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE .. If you want great service DONT COME HERE they always have an attitude including the manager& never greet you ...i wentin for a cut and asked the lady a question and she didnt knoe what i was talking about even though they work as hair stylist smh and then gave the question to the manager so i explained her what i want and she was rolling her eyes so i said forget it then she raised her voice witha horrible attitude and saying that shes a stylist so she knows better then you i was like b im just aski g u a question

been going here for a while. just recently i had a hair cut from one of the stylist there she knows what shes doing she does it with care the only problem is that i think they dont disenfect their equipment. my girlfriend noticed white small bumps around the lower part of my hair where its shaved. also before that this older short a bit more then thick blondish girl did my hair but it was uneven from the side burns had to shaved them off simply because she messed up.

RUDE! Dont deserve one single star, will never go there, not even for free. BAD customer service from the time you step in, especially wanna be blonde short, dark lady that probably dont have kids. Im glad, I went to tell her on her face and management that she was very unmanner, hopefully she thinks before she speaks next time. DONT recommend this place at all.
