I just called in this morning to ask a simple question of hours of operation and of course to try to schedule an appointment, needless to say the lady that answered the main line at the Falls Bambi Location was very rude and unprofessional of course was very childish and hung up on me. Once I called back to clarify what happened she pretended to not speak English all of a sudden and could not provide her name at that. I hope the owner of this salon can modify staff and have them attend some type of customer training cause apparently this wont be the first or the last of customer complaints. Funny how they know how the staff speaks English only when they collecting their money for business.-1 customer

Worst place to go ever! Went in with Zulema the manager to get my hair dyed a caramel color and even showed her a picture of the color I wanted and ended up with a two toned platinum and dirty blonde color. I had an appointment at 2:30 and left until 6pm, she left my hair in bleach for more than an hour and attended three clients at the same time including myself. Damaged my hair intensely and she denied making a huge mistake in my color dye. They do whatever They want to your hair instead of what you ask for avoid this place not worth it.

Ive been to this place multiple times. Not only myself by my sisters and nephews. Weve NEVER had any issues. The staff is always friendly and attentive. It throws me off to read so many bad review regarding this location. Again, my family and I have never had any issues here. I highly recommend this place because of my own experience here.

Horrible place. I went in with a style. Specifically told one of the hair stylists what I wanted. She decided to do her own thing. Left me with about no hair at all. Never EVER EVER going to this place again. Please dont go here.

The manager is very rude I feel like she should get fired and the ladys that cut hair most of them have a bad attitude also I was discriminated by one of them I dont recommend this hair salon
