This place has a rude staff. Im not sure if their racist or if that is just their personalities, because they were nice to the rest of the customers there, but not me ( and I was the only colored person). Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I apologize for the actual good workers that might work there, but so far every time I walk in I dont get answers for a simple appointment and felt unwelcome. Management at CHELSEA ALENE salon should work on their customer service.
