I am very thankful for this stores location, right next door. Its large, carries everything thats always in stock with a beautiful ambiance. I also highly recommend Angela for any hair service you need. For me she did a partial dimensional color, root coverage and cut- all done superbly well. I havent had my hair colored professionally in 3 years and Angelas honest, straight forward consultation with me helped my change my routine to having it done professionally. If you are looking for a stylist whom is: talented yet humble, will listen to your wants and needs yet effectively set realistic expectations PLUS deliver a supreme outcome? ... book a consultation with her... or even better, treat yourself and book an appointment as soon as possible!

Convenient location but they are constantly out of several unrelated products. Today in particular, I was searching for Anastasia Brow Wiz. They only had 3 out of the 8 (I think) shades available. Of course they didnt have my shade in stock. I finally found someone who works there to check the back, they didnt have it so I asked for another recommendation. She then said Benefit should work, which was more expensive than Anastasia. I looked at Benefits concealer which I liked and of course they were again out of 2 of 5 shades, including mine. Basically a waste of time to come here.

Im not a super big fan of ulta bc they are pricey and out of a lot of products plus their coupons never work for what youre buying...BUT, Morgan at the Salon is super sweet and always does a great job! Most of the other stylists seem sweet too but Morgan listens to how I style and do my hair and what I want and shes been a go-to for me! I had a super hard time finding a hair person since I moved back from OK but am so grateful to have a stylist I can count on!! If looking for a cut and color, trim- whatever, shes great!!

Miriah was not very enthusiastic about being helpful. I asked her about a product and she said they didnt have it. When I told her I saw the product in the most recent Ulta flyer, she replied, "Well, we dont carry it at this location". All this while rearranging eyeshadows, never bothering to make eye contact or suggesting another product. Maybe she was having a bad day or is getting burned out doing retail customer service.

Wow. What can I say besides NO inventory- 3 others around me experiencing the same problem- zero customer service- nobody has a clue- no solutions but sorry we are out, place in shambles ...... good luck. Headed to competitor. Wont be back. Ever.

Do not buy the promotional flat iron with the free gift!! The free gift which is a flat iron does not work and they dont care. I have tried 3 flat irons and none work. You shouldnt advertise this when they dont work.

Love Ulta!! Everyone is polite and helpful. If they dont know an answer they will find someone who does. Didnt give it 5 stars because they rarely have my face wash in the size I normally get.
