So I had an interview here and I was 10 minutes early but I notified one of the cashiers and she got on the walkie talkie and told them I was there. The 10 minutes passed as well as 25 additional minutes. Finally the manager who I had the interview with came and got me. So right then and there that shows no communication within the team whatsoever. The interview took an hour and a half and I thought it went really well and she came off like it went really well and told me at the end of the week that I would hear from her either way. Well I didnt. So the next week I called and they told me she wasnt in and they would relay the message to her tomorrow. I waited didnt hear from her. So I emailed her, to the email on the business card she gave me and told me if I had any questions or remembered anything I could email her or call her. And still no response. I got a job offer from another place so I went into ulta TODAY (and its been almost a month since I interviewed with her) and she was there. I didnt say anything or make a scene (not my thing) but she was staring me up and down as if I robbed her personally not the store. Ive never stollen anything from anywhere and I would never. I have no idea why she has this stank attitude like I personally hurt her. But its rude. And everyone else there is incredibly sweet and nice and the cashiers helped with their little mistake they did. But Kristin, I got the stank face from the whole time Im in there. So unprofessional especially when the she said she was going to reach out to me EITHER way, even an email wouldve been suffice, and I did the communication and I was left high and dry. Just rude!

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS I WOULD. DO NOT BOOK APPOINTMENTS WITH THEIR SALON! I booked a hair appointment weeks before my wedding day. I received an email confirmation the day of the booking, for 3/18 at 10am with Nicole. I confirmed the appointment again two days before my appointment. On my wedding day, I walked into the salon to be told by the stylist that they did not have an appointment scheduled for me. I explained to the stylist that I was getting married in 3 hours and had the confirmation with me. She replied that she could not find the confirmation in the system and could not help me, although another stylist was walking around the back and there was 1 customer in the salon. She then stated, "Did you book online? Sometimes the appointments dont go through the system. Sorry." Abhorrent customer service from this location. ULTA YOU HAVE LOST A LOYAL CUSTOMER, and rest assured that I will tell every single person that I know of my terrible experience.

Very frustrated right now. Called yesterday to make a brow appointment today. Left my name and number with the person who penciled in the appointment. Waited for about 5 minutes past the appointment time before someone came up and asked if I needed assistance. Told the nice rep that I was waiting for my brow appointment. He then said "oh you must have been one of the people we couldnt get a hold of, our brow girl called in sick today." Im not mad at the rep or even the girl that called in sick, things happen that are beyond control and thats okay. What is not okay is that I never received a call. Its not that they "couldnt get a hold of me" but that they didnt even try. First problem Ive ever had at this Ulta. Staff is nice but this was just hands down unprofessional.

Just did a walk in hair cut with a great stylist, named Dakota. Very kind an pleasant guy. I really appreciate his work. I needed a good cut an I got a great cut. I really like what Dakota did with my cut an style. He was very personable and friendly. This was his very first day on the job at this salon and I couldnt more pleased with my experience with him , as my stylist. He a a few questions for the manager as reasonably so.... example where are the dryers located... Nicole the on site salon manager did a great job in assisting Dakota as he needed, to his new soroundings ..... I would recommend anyone to try the salon at ulta and hopefully if he is not all booked up then book your cut with Dakota . Thank you for great service. Hayden

Theres an ulta closer to me but I much prefer this location. I saw two floor staff working that day, both of whom were excellent, but Kevin went above and beyond. He asked all the right questions concerning my needs, color matched me beautifully first time (LOVE my becca foundation). He was extremely pleasant and never at all condescending like Ive experienced at other beauty stores. If I come back, I will ask specifically for him to help me. The service was impeccable. Tarah did my hair and she also did a great job and she was very personable, but I may come back for a touch up. Unfortunately, I lost my receipt so I couldnt do a formal survey but Kevin, if youre out there, you made Ulta my Happy Place again.

Ridiculous behavior from the employees here!! The employee karston was looking my boyfriend up and down as though he was going to rob the place. Me and boyfriend are respectful people we have lots of money we Dont need to steel anything!! Smhhh just crazy. Im so upset! I was willing to spend over 100 dollars on make up!! I will never be back there ever!! Yes we are black Americans but that does not give anyone the right to treat us like that!!

Lee the Clinique Consultant was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable, and she matched me to perfection which has been difficult for me in the past! The lady I checked out with demonstrated excellent customer service as well as she was very conversational and knew about the products.

Savvy at the Benefit Brow Bar here is absolutely amazing! My eyebrows always look flawless when I leave, no matter what shape they were in when I walked in! She is also super kind and personable!
