HORRIBLE SERVICE, COST, AND PROFESSIONALISM!!!!!! I had a 10 o clock appointment let the hair stylist know I had work at a certain time and what I would like done to my hair. She showed up 15 minutes late and I had to text her to ask her if she was still coming. I wanted my hair colored a honey brown and ended up with 4 different colors in my hair including red, orange, yellow blonde and black. She BLEACHED MY HAIR WITHOUT ASKING ME OR LETTING ME KNOW FIRST. I would never bleach my hair and would of ended up changing the color if I was notified that the only way my hair can get that color was from bleach. My blowout was mediocre and unless she trims a foot of hair off your head she doesnt even try to blow dry your ends .. I think she leave your ends looking horrible so you have to get a trim and then she tacks on extra fees. MY HAIR WAS RUINED.. and I was charged an outrageous amount of money and when I spoke to her explaining my concerns she pretended like she was going to help me and now wont return my messages or calls. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE !!! There are way better Dominican blowouts in Dallas. Btw I had to miss Work because she had to keep redying my hair because the bleach kept coming through. RESPONSE: I have messages and pictures to prove you never gave me a consultation, never said anything nor asked me about putting bleach in my hair and we never talked about price until I had to pay. Im Also glad you have a picture of MY hair to show how much effort youll put in trying to cover up a bad hair dye job instead of actually fixing the problem. I was not able to see the many different colors in the back of my head; it wasnt until my friend asked me if I tried to dye my hair myself and then took pictures of how unprofessional my hair looks. I also have pictures of how bad my hair looks that I even sent you in a message. Im not sure why you chose to lie in your response because I have messages of you saying "let me see what I can do",after I asked for some sort of a refund and then you never responded to any of my messages That I sent you after that. Very unprofessional! Ive uploaded a picture for readers to see. Its the picture that has orange hair in the front yellow blonde in the back red ends and black baby hair on my neck.

My daughter went here and got her very first blowout, and it went great! She has a large natural afro that Evelyn was able to flatten out no problem. Her hair was very silky, soft, and shiny after she was done, and Evelyn was gentle while washing and combing her hair, and was very polite. Will be returning in two weeks.

First time getting a blow out. I have been so nervous about putting any heat in my natural hair. Evelyn did a marvelous job with my hair. It Is simply gorgeous. Reasonably priced and did not take long at all. After a deep condition and blow out, my hair looks and feels like a million bucks. Will definitely be back.

Worst place in Texas! I get Dominican blowouts all the time and this experience was by far my worst experience. I usually get a set of rollers after a wash but she just washed my hair and blew it out which made my hair very frizzy. Then she over charged me. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Evelyn does a great job blowing out my hair. She has also colored my hair and I always LOVE the results! Theres not too many Dominican blowout stylists here in dallas and Im glad I was able to find her. Very professional and affordable prices. Always look forward to my appts!

So I HAD a 1pm appt today. Couldnt find ste 29 @ 3909 W Airport Fwy- only ste 109 which was closed. Maybe the universe just helped me dodge a bomb!! AND when I called for directions-no answer. Will NOT be recommending this place.
