I am really surprised to see such good reviews about this place. It was such a horrible experience for me, I really thought it would be a place for me to go back but NEVERRRR. I was not even greeted upon arrival. I got my Keratin treatment done from Yalda today, she was on phone all the time, I understand may be its a weekend the store was running full and she had to attend to personal calls as well, but throughout the 1 and half hours is a little annoying. Once the service was done when I was going to make the payment she said $180 , I said ok I would like to use my Groupon, which was worth 150$ and the rest I would pay by card. That was it, she was so angry and started shouting in front of the store, you should have mentioned in the beginning and I would have used the CHEAPER PRODUCT,also suddenly she started saying the service is 300 apart from Groupon u have to pay the rest and then she said take off the $75 which I paid for groupon and pay the $110. Why would you list yourself in Groupon and not honor it. Explore this place at your risk.

Very poor. Sorry to say this but its fact. I had haircut and highlights here and after a wash i started loosing all the highlited hair. Called her and asked the reason, she says somthng about frizzyness of my hair. I know my hair is frizzy but i nevr lost hair in my entire life. Because of her over treatmnt of hair i startd loosing only highlited hair. The hair when i wet it, its kind of turned to old elastic band and breaking. It became so weak. Its weird. I am soo freeked out. She also charged me more than 200$ for haircut, highlits and hairwash. I also had coupon from groupon for haircut worth 50$ but she refused to use it. As i requested she used and made the price to go beyond 200$ . Dont know what the hell she tried to put for 200$. I never felt bad about the money but i am loosing my hair. I am scared to go to her again for keretin treatment or to do something else for my hair. Please be careful.

Had a horrible experience at this place with hairstylist Bita. She said my hair was turning orange and could fall off. She advertised in Groupon and that is how I decided to try her, but she kept complaining about the Groupon (even thou she charge 40 more besides the 79 paid via Groupon). I wanted to have a darker ombre color at first but she said it would be like 180 more and it was going to take her a lot more time and convinced me to go with balage blond/gray lights but she said the chemicals were not reacting how she expected and it was turning orange and that if she let the chemicals longer my hair could fall off. So pretty much I needed to pick have Orange hair or wait and see if it would fall off!!! At the end the manager of the place minimize the damage and made it a little better. But I was so scared and

They have very beautiful and professional set up and interior design, its very comfortable while you are waiting for your turn. The staffs are really friendly and welcoming, and professional in what they are doing. They have really reasonable prices for the services that they are offering. I suggest every one, man and woman to try Avenue Salon. Me and my family were there today and enjoyed about everything that a professional salon has to have for customer satisfaction.

They honored the price of a Groupon without needing me to buy the deal, and they used a keratin treatment product called GK Hair Taming System and its absolutely fantastic. Not all keratin treatments are created equal, and this one completely restored my bleach-fried hair back to its normal shiny smooth state. Amazing!

Found a groupon for keratin. The ladies explained how it works and what it will do for my thick curly (spiral) hair. Roya did my treatment and gave me a great layered cut. She totally understands my thick hair and thinned it and layered it out exactly how I like. She did a great job. Im definitely going back.
