I got my hair done today. My stylist was very brutal on my head. Unnecessarily rough. They said they could do the box braids I asked for but they couldnt. I literally got laughed at as soon as I left the shop by a six year old African American girl with beautiful twists. When I went to church all the people were looking at me weird. They arent African American but they thought my hair looked bad. Plus, the cornrows dont even lay flat. Also, whenever I tried to tell them I disliked something they would dismiss me or make an excuse as to why it had to be done. Like she has to be rough on your head because you dont take care of your natural hair. I was tearing up but she didnt try to be gentle, claiming it would slow her down. I would put zero stars but they make me put one

Staff is super friendly and helpful! My hair needed a major color correction and they made my hair better than I thought was possible. My hair is so healthy now and I love it. Will be back again!!

Horrible!! I was over charges and the "manager" named Maria lied about processing the refund. Its been almost 4 months and nothing has come of it. I now have to file a charge with my bank.
