I am a guy and I like to look my best. Ive been to many barbershops, mens salons and even knockouts, but this place ROCKS. Yes, my office is only a few blocks from here but the service, the cut and the price is awesome. For $20, you get a heck of a haircut, shampoo and style. Ive spent $100 in uptown area in the past and cannot tell a difference, however Ive also spent $15 at sportclips/etc and CAN TELL A CHEAP HAIRCUT! LoAnn is my stylist and she is AWESOME! Dont be shy, get the back waxed, feet rubbed and a mani!

Went to get a mani pedi. $25 Pedi was great, the girl did a great job. $50 Mani was done by someone else who clearly didnt care. Went straight to filing and applying the color. Did not soak my hands, did not cut/clean or oil my cuticles! No little hand massage. She didnt even clean under my nails where all the left over powder was built up. When I asked her to, she told me to go to the sink and use the scrubber myself! The color is nice but my cuticles look terrible still! Wast of time

I had a horrible experience! I was getting a full set of NexGen nails. I told him I didnt like them & he started talking in his language & laughing. I told him again, I didnt like them & to just not finish & take them off. & he replied "I did nails for you, you pay or I call the cops" excuse me!? I had to pay $55 dollars for something that looks like goblin nails. All uneven & absolutely look horrible! Never again will I goto this place!

I have been going to this spa for 3 yrs and Tracy is my technician. Diane was prior to her and they both were great! Such a friendly, enthusiastic, polite and humble ensemble of professionals. Im a very picky and thorough client, yet All of the staff have always been patient with me. I will miss them greatly as I move to another demographic

Ive been going to Tracy for at least 5 years now for my nails and pedicures and she always takes great care of me. Have come to know lots of the women who work there and love them! I continue to recommend Lux Spa to my friends because I know theyll provide excellent customer service and do everything they can to make their customers happy.

Wasnt as friendly as I hoped for. nail technician assumed that I wanted a basic pedicure. she didnt offer me any additional upgrade services or a drink. Nor, did she let me see the services menu thats the salon offers. she seemed rushed and ready to leave (although I called and made an appointment in advance).

Great experience. Ive been going here for years. I drive 30 mins just to get my nails and feet done bi weekly. I would drive an hour if I had to. Great customer service. I have never had a bad service here and everyone is friendly. I bring friends and family when I can!

Very bad.. They colored my hair very badly since the color is visibly different in my crown area than the whole hair though I went for global color. The cut was bad too and charged me 135$ for this patethetic service
