Inexpensive, but usually have to wait 30+ min to get my eyebrows threaded since they seem to usually just have one or two people and usually doing someones hair or waxing someones body. Their customer service isnt the best but theyre not mean..I just wish they were more clear on how long the wait will be instead of keeping me wondering and when I ask they always say 10 more min and that usually is never true. The threading/waxing is OKAY, I feel I usually have to point out how they did one thinner or missed a spot but they do fix it. Overall its OKAY

I been their regular customer for an year . But last week I got a worst experience from one of the new employee. Due to her negligence I got many visible burns and open wounds on my face. I lost the trust that I had for the saloon. I lost my flawless skin and it looks horrible right now. Please think twice before you go to this saloon.

Best Salon I have ever been to in Dallas. I got threading and waxing done by Farzana and Heena. They are very sweet spoken and do the work flawlessly. Simply loved them and the way they respectfully treat their clients :-)

Monisha gives amazing hair cuts and massages....so if are looking for a hair make over....definitely try Pearl Salon Heena also does great job with eyebrows and facials....
