The staff is terrible. Everytime I go in, they have plenty of staff but none would attend to their customers because they are too busy grooming themselves. Aside from maybe one person, none of them no how to do waxing. When I confronted them, they told me that most of them just learnt yesterday. None of them are professionals and are constantly on the phone. They burnt my skin and even part of my skin was gone. Even my face is breaking out due to some product that they used, eventhough I asked them multiple times if the product is meant for my skin type. There were 5 ladies in the room when I got my bikini wax done because one of them screwed up and others, who didnt know what they were doing either, tried to rectify the situation. When you ask them the rates for their services they will tell you less but when you go at the counter to pay, it is much higher. When I told them the price that I was told, one of the workers started screaming at me and when one of the other workers apologized, she was told by the OWNER that it wasnt their fault. The price will keep getting lower, you will keep hearing great deals through their salon...but sometimes, its just not worth it. The low quality of their service and staff is not worth it.

No training for staff at all! I just moved to this area and I thought Id give a try for threading eyebrows. Boy, was I wrong I specifically told the lady many times I wanted to just clean, no shape, My brows are naturally a slightly thick which are in these days. After she was done with one brow I screamed she made it super thin, and when I told her why she did that after I told her to just clean them, she said "she did just clean them" she was actually trying to explain she didnt do anything wrong, so I asked the one of her coworkers, what she thought and she was silent and just shrugged her shoulders, judging from her face she was shocked as well. I created quite a scene, as I should have. And it was the most painful experience in my life, emotionally and physically, oh did I forget to mention I was literally tearing the whole time she was doing that one brow I would never let her touch me again so the other lady finished me up, . And to top it all off the owner actually wanted me to pay for it, which I did anyway. It took about 4 months to grow my eyebrows the way they before. Need I say more...

I visited Lakme saloon 2 weeks before for waxing and i do agree the service was too bad.I almost paid so much but really not worth it.The room is not that good no proper light and no one was sure who is going to do it.They used to come in and go back and then somebody else started doing it and guess what she went back and some other girl attended me..they dint even offer any gown to change as i was doing my full leg waxing..i noticed it was not done properly but they said finishing we will do it at last but nothing was done.when i came home and checked the inner thighs was not done at all..After waxing they dint bother to clean it up all the sticky area just applied oil and went away dint even ask if i am ok or i need more oil to remove that stickiness.I almost travel 25 min drive from my house but i am highly disappointed.Not going to visit anymore.Too bad atleast in India they really do good job.

i went to get my facial for the first time after looking up online . After entering & having the conversation they advised me to get Anti Blemish facial and so got ready for the same. Although the staff unfriendly and uncourteous with no smile on their face. Finally started with the cleaning first. The product smell so bad, i enquired what is the product she clarified its Lakme well to my knowledge lakme cosmetics have a sweet fragnance well i believed then started with scrubbing soon she was massaging my entire face was burning like bleaching on my face. I immediately advised to stop to prevent my face from further damage with the products whch i was not sure. Although staff applied ice to stop irritation but the damage already done. I hereby recommend all to be careful before you go to get any facial done. Posting for general awareness to get any treatment.

very very bad experience I once went there for my eyebrows and hair cut.The stylist did my eyebrows horrible and i am bleeding and beside that she was saying I have a sensitive skin thats why it happened. She hardly cared for applying cream . She is advicing one of the staff its waste of time to apply cream as they only charge $10 for eyebrows. I want to write the names of the staff too but I feel its not appropriate. Coming in to hair cut session. I asked her not to cut too much and she was making fun of me that I dont have much hair to cut. Is this the way they treat customers? This salon sucks.They dont know how to treat customer. They staff will run for tips and owner will run for her part of money. They salon is not at all tidy.

After listening to the Lakme ad on radio so many times, I finally decided to give them a try. The salon/ spa is neat not exceptionally great though. My service provider was good and the prices were not bad either. All was going well till another service provider arrived and was too loud and irritating. There was no professionalism in her customer service. She kept poking her nose in clients personal life which made me uncomfortable. Spas are supposed to be relaxing with a soft spa music, attention to details and professionalism. Even though I walked out happy with my provider, my over all experience was very average.

worst service..I went to lakme salon for facial hair removal...i wanted threading, but instead the lady offered to do waxing..then she went on to do a very bad job. there was wax drops on my neck, my dress, my nose...she waxed on a single area three times..then she applied oil to remove wax...and applied oil even upto my ear...it was terrible..later i went home and saw that there were red marks on the area she had repeatedly waxed. it was also paining a lot..so much that i was not able to eat properly for the next few days...these people are definitely not trained well...those who go there...be careful..

I went to the Lakme Salon to get face waxing; the beautician that attended me was very unprofessional, she just applied the hot wax over my face; after which she started speaking on phone extremely loud over my face - the hot wax was all cold by the time she got back (around 8 minutes) and then she waxed out my face; it was not a smooth pull, only half the wax came out, my skin peeled off. It was just a horrible experience. There is no professionalism or proper customer service at this salon; I would never suggest this place to anyone.

Not even near Professional…Never Value your time. Very Rude I got my appointment and when I showed up at the exact time no body there know any thing about this appointment. And after some time the lady (Very rude) told me the there is no person to take care of me and asked me to come after 1 hour!! You believe this? They don’t care about your time or value you as a person .More than that she never said a word “Sorry” after all these...!!!! Please never ever go there. Please. This is about the Irving location...
