I cant say enopugh good things about the employees of this ulta. I have been getting my hair done as well as shopping there for years! Jamie has been my stylist the last 3 times I have been, and I am very happy with her. She does an amazing job, she keeps me laughing, and makes me feel like a moviestar by the time Im done! The overall store, is also great, employees are very knowledgeable, very helpful, courteous, and professional. I have read the other reviews and some people you can never make happy, and I feel sorry for the girls that work there that have to put up with such snotty unhappy people. Trust me, its a great place, and they will bend over backwards to make you happy. If you want good service, expertise, and to feel like a million bucks, I can personally recomend, Jamie, the tall new guy, and Paula( from my own experience) But I will always go to Jamie now, I just love her!! Happy shopping !!

I have been going to ULTA for 6+ years, more specifically to Joyce! She was great. I could take her pictures explain to her what I wanted, and she would immediately know. I NEVER walked out of there unhappy....well, that was until recently. I called earlier in the year for an appointment after I had my baby and they told me Joyce left. I WAS SO SAD. But they promised me the new girl in her place is really good. So I decided to give her a chance. OMG! I was so unhappy when I left, I literally felt like crying. My haircut was well...the opposite of what I wanted and the color she put in washed out in about 2 weeks. I am trying to find a new hairdresser now. Now I just need to find Joyce! But they wont tell me where she is. of course! Good luck if you decide to go there!

I went to get my eyebrows waxed and I was so disappointed. The lady who did them gave me just one arched eyebrow after I told her I wanted no arched and just to leave my eyebrows the way they were. I still paid and even tipped her but Im never going back to that eyebrow bar again. 03/22/2017. I just left ulta and was dissapointed. I went to buy different makeup products and asked for some help and the lady who was there treated me poorly. I was appalled by the way she treated me,I always shop there and have never been treated like this. She left me talking by myself and I just went ahead and asked another lady for help and she did her job well. But Im a frequent buyer at ulta and should not be treated poorly. So

I made the horrible decision to visit the ULTA salon! It was a bad experience. I guess just becuase they sell products for ALL types of women doesnt mean that the stylists are trained to do every hair type. I am an African-American woman and Katie messed up my hair. I went in with one simple request and that was to shampoo and style my hair. Katie shampooed my hair and messed it up!! She used products on my hair that are NOT for African-American hair. I repeatedly told her this and she kept going anyway. It is All Star Weekend and I look a hot mess! I have wrote several company complaints and I am contacting their corporate office! Ladies, please do yourself a favor and go to REAL hair salon!!

If I could give them no stars, I would. Went to Ulta on 11/21 to buy eyeliner, their "product manager" could not find the ones that they supposedly had in stock, and told me that their delivery was coming in the next day so come back. Im fine with that, black eyeliner runs out. Come back the next day, today, again ask the product manager for my eyeliner, spends over 20 minutes looking for it, and then sends her other Ulta employee friend to tell them theres been "miscommunication" and they dont actually have it. Very unprofessional, and a big waste of my time. They would take my name and number and call me when they had it in. Are you kidding me? Worst experience ever, never shopping there again.

Ive gone to this location quite often since its the only one close to where I live. Lets say 4/5 times Ive gone in not once have I been greeted or asked if I needed any assistance. On one of my visits, I had to return a couple of items. When I got up to the counter and said I had a return, the girl that I had to deal with, I think her name was Courtney and pretty sure she was one of the managers acted like it was the end of the world for her to process my return. I guess it was just so difficult for her to actually do her job instead of gossiping with her fellow employees. The customer service here is awful.

Today was my first time going to Ulta, person who recommended me the store was so right, great gift sets. Going to stores like this, I expected a greeting or assistance at the door: none since I needed assistance. So I walked around and found the item myself. Then I decided to browse to see what they have.... As I walked around looking lost no one still said anything to me. Then I went to check out, the lady at the register didnt say anything to me after she rung 2 of my 3 items. Horrible service they dont even deserve a star.

Made an appointment with Marco, the head stylist to chop 10 inches off my long, thick, wavy black hair. He literally BUTCHERED my hair. Completely uneven on one side. It was too short already and I reluctantly had to go back to get the other side cut shorter of my already butchered hair and it still reminded completely messed up looking. He never fixed it right even after the second visit. I refuse to ever go back. I REPEAT, DO NOT go here to get your haircut. You will leave feeling sorry and your money wasted.

Have always shopped here for my makeup cosmetics, perfume, nails, hair, and dermatological needs. Their prices cant be beat, the store boasts an incredible variety in all sections, and their beauty experts are always on hand for advice or consulting. The store includes a dedicated salon in the back, and my stylist Katy has been doing my hair for a couple of months now flawlessly. Their attention to detail and friendly service have me coming back for more. Definitely check it out if youve never been.

I went here looking to spend some money on a new brand but I had only done a little research so I wasnt sure what I needed. I stood in the isle for 10 minutes without anyone asking if I needed assistance. I finally asked someone if they could help and they said theyd call someone to help me. 10 more minutes and nobody came. the store is okay if you know what you need. the only time someone actually attempted helping me, they literally just read the back of the bottle to me.

Worst Ulta you could probably ever visit. No one helps you, theyre always talking amongest each other. I went there today with my boyfriend, and I wasnt approached even one time. Also there was a big line and 3 employees were at the registers, but 2 were gossiping so they had just 1 actually working. AND GOOD LUCK FINDING SOMETHING YOU WANT IN STOCK! This is the closest location to me since I live in Irving, but Im just going to online shop next time. Or go to sephore tbh!
