I went on a weekend after calling them so I was glad they accommodated me for facial, however the two ladies work there (wish I knew their names) simply DONOT know how to talk to customers. I told one of that lady (short height one) that I am pregnant and just came for facial for relaxation and she answered, " you should rather go to body massage and there are a lot of places around who offer body massages" ...I was stunned to hear her reply. More than what she said, I was more unhappy with HOW SHE SAID....didnt seem like they enjoy their jobs..and at the time of checkout...she handed me a separate receipt before pswipljng my card and said "this is a TIP receipt"..I told her I will pay by cash and paid $5 for $40of service and she didnt seem happy with it and didnt even thank at the end and simply walked away from checkout desk while I was still standing there stunned by her behavior...I wish OWNER of this place reads these reviews and work on improving their customer service. The first time I went here to get my eyebrows done I was straight slaying but the second time they completely messed up my eyebrows the lady messed with my shape after I told her not too she took so much off the front it almost looks like I dont have any hair there and the edge is gone and I now have a slit in my brow, the lady who was doing my eyebrows also was very rude and seemed like she didnt care about the costumers and there needs and I was very disappointed because I really liked that place.

I wish i could give -8 stars. Ugh....after growing out my eyebrows for so long and telling them specifically CLEAN UP ONLY! They took my damn brows off....most of it anyway. I stormed out with one eye brow missing. Will go back to my regular brow place. Ugh.

Great price, good brow shaping, friendly people, quick in/out time for threading definitely my go to place. The facility could use a professional deep cleaning and regular thereafter, dont like seeing dust and hair everywhere.
