I had my hair bleached here, and it was the worst experience ever. The woman who did my hair used something way too strong to get a light enough color, which it should have taken a few visits to reach that light from my naturally dark hair color. It burned my scalp and after she washed it out, she rubbed my hair roughly with a towel and ripped out over half of my hair. I seriously had the thinnest hair after this, because she kept ripping through the snarls in my hair and pulling clumps out of her brush like it was no big deal. The color was nice, but it was not worth losing over half of my hair. It is finally growing back in after that disaster. And she burned my head with a curling iron when she was styling too because she wasnt paying attention. I will never return.

I have been buying my BareMinerals makeup at Hair Success now for a year (I used to buy it on the internet, but I didnt want to pay shipping and handling anymore to save money) only because they are the only shop in Fargo that sells it. Everytime I go in there they follow you around and watch you like you are going to steal something and it makes the shopping experience very uncomfortable. Also, the girls that work there are EXTREMELY rude and snobby. They never want to help you and talk to you like they are better than you. I have also heard from a lot of people that Hair Success is turning into a "Walmart" because of too many work stations and poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend this salon to anyone.

I cant say enough good things about Hair Success!! 1. first time I ever stepped foot in the salon I was not only greeted nicely but felt welcomed and noticed (which is sad to say not many places do!) 2. Everyone said hello- not just the front desk staff. 2. the place itself is fun to be in!! everything and everyone is professional and trustworthy! 3. my hairstylist Courtney Olson is AMAZING!! she not only has MY best interests at heart when doing my hair but treats me like family rather than just another haircut/client. I cannot say enough good things about this lady!

I love Hair Success! I have been going here to get my hair done for ~3-4 years. The customer service is unsurpassed. I have been to many different stylists (due to my crazy work schedule) and have never been disappointed. And the stylists are absolutely amazing at doing the head massages...I love coming here after work and getting my hair done, it is so relaxing. If you want good service, friendly stylists and an absolutely great cut/color/highlight then go here. This place is amazing.

The staff at Hair Success seem to think that they are the cream of the crop. They are very rude and act like they dont give a darn about your business. Part of Hair Success image revolves around this snotty "I am better than you because I have better fashion sense" mentality. Their hair all sucks too; it is dyed, teased, and tormented until its not really hair anymore, at least not healthy hair. Poor customer service is not good business in my book. We will never return.

The Salon has a very inviting atmosphere, and definitely made me feel comfortable and welcome while I waited to get my hair cut. I hadnt had my hair cut professionally in awhile, but my stylist Courtney Olson took great care of me. Tried my best to explain what I wanted, and she gave me Amazing results!! I have and will recommend Hair Success to anyone!

Carmen Maloney had done my hair for years, Loved her patience and up to do date coloring and cutting technique. Was so sad to have moved, I wish for her daily to be doing my hair now! I highly recommend Laura Bright at Hair Success!! She listens to what you want and you will always leave happy! Very experienced hair stylist, does AMAZING work with cuts and highlights, beautiful updos & makeup and I also see her for spray tans. Laura does it all and does it perfectly every time! I brought in a picture of what I wanted and after making sure I was 100 % sure about cutting my long hair off she did it EXACTLY like the photo I showed her, and I LOVE IT!!!
