Two ladies were working there the day I went, an Asian lady and a Caucasian lady. The Caucasian lady was who worked on my hair, TERRIBLE. I asked for the upper part to be ash brown (it was dark red) so I understood she would have to strip or bleach out the red than dye it, so I knew it was going to take a good few hours to process with it. She bleached it, not even all the way out, then toned it (I was blonde for a few years so I knew a bit more than she thought) DID NOT EVEN PUT THE DYE IN. My hair came out with a green tone and brassy, not even close to a brown. She asked if I liked it, straight up I said lets ask again when its done. HAD THE BALLS TO SAY IT WAS DONE. She did not put any dye in it, just toner. I knew she just wanted me out asap when I said Im not leaving the place until it was at least decent, she put more toner into my hair, I asked why is she not putting dye into it and she lied saying that is in. You do not put dye in wet hair. My hair came out fried, terribly fried. I have only bleached my hair once, YEARS ago. It should have not been fried so bad. I come home to my husband and he asked why I got crappy green hair. Not gonna lie, made me feel good I wasnt the only one who thought it was green. Lady wanted 200 for that.

Ive never been here but I was a customer to their neighbor Metro PCS and it reeks in there. Both associates I spoke to had complained of headaches and I highly recommend the owner of the entire building do everyone a favor and install better ventilation.
