The owner is rude, and has no concept of customer service whatsoever. I went for the first time two weeks ago, despite my sister warning me of the bad service. Saw a girl who threaded well, but the owner decided she would do my upper lip wax. She burned my upper lip and denied it - however its a bit difficult to argue when I had a huge scab two days later. The second time I went, which was today, I requested to see the same girl who had threaded my eyebrows. The owner said she would be in 15 mins so I waited. 40 minutes later I asked where she was and she argued with me saying she doesnt know who Im talking about. Bad service, bad attitude, dirty place, just convenient for Coppell but I would recommend going to Irving or Valley Ranch.

Very nice and hygienic place, prices are very affordable i went for facial she did excellent job, staff and the owner were very friendly i recommend to go this place very strongly ,thank you z salon we love your service me and my sister nicole will come again.

Cheap prices, nice people, poorly trained staff. Used too much wax - got everywhere and wouldnt come off; really hurt. Eyebrows - good result but threaded my eyelash. Upper lip - complete but bleeding. Also, Durga no longer works here. Not recommended.

Durga is one of the best eyebrow ladys that I have ever gotten my eyebrows done with. She is a perfectionist and wont let you go until you are happy. I really recommend you to go see her for your eyebrows.
