I cant believe the type of service I received here. Please do not waste your time dealing with these rude people. First off, it was my birthday and my Husband was trying to surprise me by taking me here to get my nails,feet and eyebrows done. He went in a week prior to us coming in to get a price quote. The person quoted Him $42 for everything. When we get into the Solon the lady called me to get my eyebrows waxed, she maybe spent 2 min on me waxing and she didnt even hand me a mirror so I could see the results. When I sat down for my pedicure the man quoted me two prices, $30 or $35. I was thinking to myself that it was expensive for a simple pedicure. I went with the $30 one. Once everything was finished my husband asked the man twice how much and he told him $40. THREE hours later after we left. I get a phone call on my cell phone from this rude lady at the salon saying that I owed her $10 b/c the man didnt charge me for the eyebrow wax. TWO hours after that they called again asking that I come back to the shop and pay them their $10. I would have not had a problem paying them if the correct price was quoted in the first place. I later found out that there was a cheaper pedicure of $20 that the man never offered to me! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF! PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR HARD EARNED $$$ ON THESE RUDE AND POOR SERVICE PEOPLE!

Worst experience ever. I was told to come back so that my toe nail could be fixed...after they messed up. I did...they tried to charge me for something they had done...one toenail looked completely different from the other. I was told to wait...I sat in the chair...thinking it would be fixed...and winded up sitting there until close time...in which I was asked to leave..on a work night. I wasted $48 and 30 minutes...all I can say is...never again. I hope and pray that karna gets every single one of them that took part in humilating me and wasting my time. Ill be attending the most important event in my life tomorrow with ugly feet...Ill never in my life go back to this place...ever...Im sure my Black skin played a big factor in their decesion of not helping me as well...the lady that did my pedicure was acting like she didnt even want to touch my feet. Smh. If you do go here...ask for Nick...hes on vacation now. So much for me for taking a chance with those women...never again...

To begin with, the guy who was doing my nails cut my skin on three of my fingers and he kept rubbing the cut skin with the blade over and over. I had to stop him and show him what he was doing. Then a month later I wanted to take my fake nails off because i am one of those people who gets nails done occassionally. The korean ladies at the salon were laughing at me and were making fun of me by talking about me in their language. She later told me that it will be $25.00 dollars to get my nails taken off. It took $35.00 dollars to get them on and another $25 to take them off.... This place is such a rip off. I decided not to take them off. So, i tried to take them off my self but they just wont come off... So i just decided to let my real nails grow out and then take them off.. Its been 3 months but still they wont come off. My recomendation DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE if you want to get nice nails... this place is horrible and humiliating

Went for Pedi. Pinched my toe while cutting nails, I started bleeding then she insisted in putting my foot in the dirty water after. My nails were cut so crooked. Where they put your feet is dirty and full of rust and limescale. I told them I wasnt satisfied and still wanted to charge me 30. I gave them 20. She said no. 30. I ended up walking out with my 20 since they gave me bad service and still wanted to charge me. They ran after me saying police was coming, walked past security with no issues.

I love Serenity spa, Ive been to a couple places to get my nails done but this is by far the best, I mostly get my nails done for special occasions so Ive been coming here for about 4 years. The ladies are really nice, Linda usually does my nails and shes great! Kim did mine today and she did a good job as well, they listen to what I want and theyre always sweet. I never make appointments and they always help me anyways, so convenient. And they have so many gel colors to choose from! Love them!

I had the misfortune of getting a mani/pedi at this salon and I will NOT be returning. The prices are OBSCENELY overpriced for the services rendered. Even a one star rating is too much to give this salon. The only reason I visited this salon today was because my usual salon is closed on sundays. If you are looking for reasonable prices and to be satisfied with your mani/pedi, do yourself a favor and avoid this salon at all costs and visit Nail Techs on Story and 183.

This was the worst nail shop i have eva been to..first off my wife was getting her toes done..she took the remote to turn it on an the lady snatched the remote out of her hands..they never did turn my chair on to get my message..i wasent trippin but she turned it on after my feet was done..then she kelpt gettin my feet wrong i told her to paint the 3rd toe silver..her slow ass kelpt panting the 4th toe silver ugh...

Im not even going to lie I have been here plenty of times and have never been disappointed. But today!!! OMG IM SO PISSED I GOT MY NAILS DONE AND QABTED A XOFDWN SHAPE AND THWY LOOK NOTHING LIKE WHAT I WANTED THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT SHAPS AND SIZES I ALSO ALWAYA GO TO KIM FOR NY EYEBROWS AND TODAY THEY ARE TWO DIFFRENR SHAPES ONE HAS AN ARCH AND THE OTHER LOOKS LIKE A SMILE! WILL NOT BE GOING BACK HERE AGAIN.

Worst salon! Dont even waste your time here. I went in to get a pedicure. And i was there for like an hour & a half. The lady doing my pedi finished and left me waiting for my nails to dry and never came back! She didnt even bothered to say i was done. I was literally waiting for nothing. Wost customer service!! This place might look nice but its not even worth your money.

Absolutely awful service. Took 5 minutes to get acknowledged and then the attitude was terrible. Just went to get a fill, and my fingers are all beat up because the lady was in a rush to go eat. And she didnt let them dry all the way before wiping the top of the gel. so I have awful looking nails! And paid $40 for this!! NEVER going again. Do not recommend!!

Highly recommended to serenity! Ive been coming to this spa for a few years now ! Got my gel nails, pedicure, wax and hair! Every one here is absolutely people friendly! Funny! Best of all doing a good job every time! the place is very clean. By the way i had a bridal shower with 9 other friends and they all love this salon !!
