I’m a busy full time MBA candidate and Executive, so for me to take time out to write a review is for the love of all mankind. Hopefully, you won’t make the time, money and energy wasting mistake as I did trying this business. My experience is as follows. Note – this was a GroupOn purchase. I called to make my appointment, Kimberly Masters was able to fit me in 3 months later. I get there; she canceled me due to a personal situation – no courtesy call to let me know not to come. She was able to fit me in 4 months later to make up. Second time rushing there after work, I get a ticket making that exit in a speed trap. Therefore, I get there at 6:05. She said because I was late, she called her 6:30 appointment and could not give me the service. So sorry, nothing she will do. Its my fault I was late, my fault I had a bad day, I need to respect her schedule because this is her money, she wont accommodate and proceeded to be ugly rude to me. She treated me so bad I just cant see how she has a business in the service industry? So let me get this straight...I already paid for your service, I went out my way for it, first time customer, I was forgiving of your cancellation, you turned me away first time now for the second time, not returning the forgiveness and horrible about it. I can say that I feel like crap right now that I actually paid for this person to treat me bad, topped off with total waste of time X2 now a fat ticket for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. My biggest regret? That I didnt think quick enough to YouTube her. I could have shared a glimpse of Honey BooBoo 30 years from now. Please don’t go to Nails by Kimberly at New Image Salon. She is an awful person and far from a classy establishment, to say it nicely.

These people are unique - they really listen to what you want. I can name eight other places close by that dont listen, so I was delighted to come away from this experience with what I expected. Theyre good at hair cutting, and very friendly too. Sometimes they can even "adjust" their hours to suit you.
