I got a perm from here about a month ago. I thought they did a good job, after a few weeks my hair was falling out in large amounts. The thing I have gotten perms before,but my hair never shed as much as it does now. So I let that go then one of my coworkers noticed that the hair was damaged in a very bad way meaning the hair was breaking off. So I went to tell the lady who did the perm, about what was happening to my hair, that was a fail. She told me I had to put oil and deep condition it, so she wanted me too spend MORE money to fix it. When I asked to see the owner she told me that he sold the place to someone else. I am really angry and I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!!! THEY DO THEIR JOB BAD AND SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO HAIR AT ALL!

I went there do make my hair straight permanently. The permanent straight lasted for THREE DAYS ONLY. I paid $160 and NEVER got my money back. I am NOT satisfied with what they did to me. I recommend you to talk about MONEY BACK if the straight DOES NOT WORK..unless u want to spend $$$ for NOTHNG.
