This used to be a really good salon, but as of late, Ive had too many issues with their services to continue wasting my money. I was a brunette interested in going blonde, so I started the decolorization process with Haley back in the Spring of this year. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she assured me that she understood what I wanted. The first visit was great and she explained what would happen at the next appointment. The second visit, instead of continuing to lighten my hair, she simply put in very streaky highlights and after calling back to complain, I made a third appointment for color correction. I explained to her again what I was looking for and she supposedly understood. The fourth visit, I opted for a partial highlight hoping that this would help offset the unnatural yellow that kept popping up during the interim periods between appointments. I entertained the idea of changing colorists since I just was getting what I needed from Haley, so I spoke to the manager, Melody, directly before this last visit and she convinced me to give Haley another chance and that she would coach her on what to do. During that time, she was supposed to schedule my appointment this past Tuesday at 4:00 p.m. I went in about 10 minutes early and the receptionist couldnt find my appointment. Somehow the appointment had been cancelled, but I met with Haley while I was there to ensure that she knew that I wanted her to go back to her initial plan of lightening my hair until we reached the right color. I ended up having to reschedule for Friday for a decolorization and highlight. I made sure to call the manager back before my appointment to consult with her on whether this was the correct procedure for what I wanted. She confirmed that the procedure we scheduled was correct and apologized for the mix up with scheduling, although I had to ask for a discount; she didnt offer one for the inconvenience. On Friday, I got a call from the salon right as Im about to drive over and Haley is running behind so they move my appointment by 30 minutes. Annoying, but not too much of an inconvenience. I get there and she has decided to change what she wants to do, again, and now shes bleaching my roots and wants to lighten the remainder of my hair with some "lightening" shampoo. Something doesnt seem right about this, but shes the "expert." I can see the other stylists looking at what shes doing and a few of them come over to ask what she is going to do with the ends of my hair because my roots have turned out extremely blonde. Needless to say, by the time she finished my roots were almost white while my ends stayed the correct color. I thought it might look better in different light, but as soon as I saw it at home I knew she had screwed up my hair, yet again. Furthermore, when I went to pay, there was no note in the system that I should receive a discount, although the receptionist gave it to me anyway. I dont want them touching my hair ever again. The only good thing that came out of this was that she bleached my hair to the point that I was able to put in regular home hair color with no problem getting the blonde results I wanted to begin with. I have to agree with the other posts regarding customer service, although Id add that these are not experienced colorists. Their haircuts are OK, but not worth the cost, especially considering the problems with customer service.

If you want someone that is creative with your hair and will listen to your needs, then, Madison is your girl! The last two months have been an enjoyable experience in getting to know her, and she has done an awesome job with getting my hair healthy and a fun sassy cut and color. Love this girl! And Lindsey in Customer Service is fun fast and friendly. She and Lindsey collaborated prior to my first hair appointment and discussed what my needs and wants were with color and cut and voila, went out the door happy happy happy! Lindsey and Madison are just a little dream team! Have it going on. Not many places do you find that going on. Thank you girls!! Awesome job!! I will keep coming back to see my girls! And Lindsey made sure I had my Favorite Davanti hot tea waiting on me. Nice added touch! You have to try their tea!! Delicious! And now, I am hooked! Thank you girls --- Linda Hanley

Haley cut my hair today and I love it! I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she gave me exactly what I hoped for. I have never been to a salon that does head and neck massages, and I now know what I have been missing. The massage felt great and was very relaxing. Also, Haley took her time and seemed to think through every cut she made, which was very reassuring. I thought the price is right for what I got, and I will be coming back for future haircuts!

I wish I hadnt move away! I would be back in this salon so fast. I got to work with Haley S & Heather D--Katy Webb set me up with them because I have long, thick, course hair and I requested someone who knew how to cut it. Still to this day, I get compliments on my hair. I always give credit where credit is due: DAVANTI did it! That should be a hashtag. #DavantiDidIt The salon was clean and smelled amazing too. Keep up the great work ladies.

I have never been to a hair salon and have such a relaxing and royal treatment! The energy and atmosphere of it is amazing. All their hair products are derived from holistic ingredients... Even their hair color is 96% holistic! for a hair cut, shampoo and style its $35 ... A Tad bit more than I would like to pay but... Because of the extra care they take w the massages and the comfort of their shampoo chairs... IT IS MOST CERTAINLY WORTH IT!

If youre going for a haircut youll seriously have better luck in great clips or supercuts. Ive read other reviews and it was all 50/50 so I chanced it which was of course a mistake in my part. I paid $53 on a bad haircut that was originally supposed to be only a trim. I asked the stylist numerous times to take off the dead ends, no luck. Now my hair is uneven..Ill have to spend additional money to get this pom-pom on my head fixed

If you like to leave a salon with your face, neck, and ear dyed with hair color than this is the place for you...or if you enjoyed being bearded thru like cattle, you have found your salon! Otherwise stay away! Stay away! Spend more time offering you water then actually coloring your hair

I had a wonderful haircut experience at Davanti with Angela. The cut included a scalp massage and shampoo and the products she used in my hair were wonderful! She listened well and gave me exactly what I asked for. Overall it was a relaxing and pleasant experience and I love my cut!

Katie Hayes not only fixed my hair cut but asked Laura to educate me on essential oils. The hair cut even weeks later is the exact one I wanted and I love doing my hair again after almost 2 years of wrong cuts. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond for me!!! See you soon!
