They were 30 minutes late getting to me on my wedding day, meaning I did not do the hair I wanted to for my wedding day, so I ended up opting to have them do something else. I had to step out of the salon and call my future husband, on our wedding day, to have him calm me down because we were running out of time and I didnt want to be late for my own wedding day. I cried the second time when I got into the car after the appointment and looked in the mirror and realized that every time I remember my wedding day, every time I look at my wedding pictures, I will not have the style I wanted. On Tuesday when I received a text from the girl who did my hair and make up, apologizing and offering a refund, my husband had to take the phone to read the text and respond because I was too upset from being reminded of what happened.
