I live behind this daycare. My balcony over looks the play-ground. YOU DO NOT WANT TO PUT YOUR KIDS HERE! They have signs everywhere stating they are a licensed facility, but I witness them break licensing rules on a daily basis. There is a caucasian woman who has kids who arent yet school age (they look to be about 3-4), and when she takes them out on the play ground, she sits the entire time which is against licensing. They are required to stand and walk around the play ground the entire time. She sits and SCREAMS at the children the entire time. She wakes my daughter up every morning with her bellowing. Ive even heard her name calling and seen her get in the kids faces to scream at them. One time my fiance and I were sitting outside, and it was raining. She had the kids outside under the patio eating their snack. They werent allowed to talk or get up from the table (which is a lot to expect from kids that age) she sat there bellowing and screaming at them if they made a peep or got up. One little boy kept wandering to the edge of the patio to look at the rain. Shed yell at him and hed go sit down. He got up again and went out there and she started to go after him and he ran. She caught up to him, and we couldnt see for sure what she did because she was partially blocked by the little train playground thing, but it looked to me like she smacked the child. However, my boyfriend said it looked to him like she yanked his arm really hard. Either way she broke licensing rules that say that they are not allowed to lay a finger on your child. They are not even allowed to restrain a child who is going crazy. The boy started to cry and she dragged him over to sit by her. She continues to bellow and scream at these poor kids on a daily basis (of course never moving her butt out of her chair) until shes notices me or a parent watching, and then she starts acting super sweet. Another big black lady who has the older school age kids is absolutely HORRIBLE. She too sits most of the time. One time I was outside and saw a little black boy who looked to young to be playing with that age group getting beat up by a bigger black boy. She sat and watched the whole thing. This boy was pushing him down, and even banging his head into the chain length fence repeatedly while the teacher sat and watched. Finally, the younger boy started throwing rocks at the older one and yelling for him to stop. She then waddled over and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt (against licensing) and dragged him over to time out where she let the older boy continue to harass him. I was absolutely appalled. I began trying to catch things like this on video, so I could report them. Last week, I went outside to see a boy who looked about 8-10 in time out screaming and crying hysterically so bad you could tell he was getting hoarse. I’ve never seen a kid that age get that hysterical. The teacher is screaming at him calling him a baby and throwing balls at him. Getting kids to toss her balls to throw at him.Then kids gang up on him and start throwing rocks at him. The teacher once again does nothing. Kids are even getting out of timeout to throw rocks at him. One kid even gave the boy the finger. At this point he has COMPLETELY LOST IT! Goes nuts and starts throwing rocks back. She then waddles over and yanks this boy up by the arm really hard (against licensing) and drags him by the shirt collar over to the fence where she then tells him that she going to call his mom. Two other teachers are outside watching the whole thing and also did nothing. I got it on video, and I took it up to the police station and an officer filed a CPS report. I so badly want to show that poor kid’s parent the video. She continues to allow and even instigate bullying. If your kid goes please consider taking them somewhere else. This place is terrible.

I worked here for about a month and it was absolutely the worst place that i have ever worked at! I could not wait to leave! Most of the staff is so rude both morning infant teachers are horrible! Both super rude all day long they sit in the rocking chairs on their celphones everytime u walk in the kids are in their cribs theres no happy interaction wat so ever as soon as 230 comes around they run right out of that room not explaining to the afternoon teachers anything thats happend or that they need to know which leaves the afternoon teachers confused or without an answer if parents have a question. Director does absolutely nothing about it because both ladies have been there for about 20 years. If she cared she wouldve already fired them. The way that they clean bottles is absolutely disgusting and should be against licensing. The child safety locks are all broken which lets the kids play under the sink with the toxic chemicals they use to clean...i mean that baby room is just a complete mess...they have no curriculum for u to follow and good luck finding supplies to do any art work. They expect you to supply your own things and with the salary they pay its just not worth it...the first day i started they automatically just thru me in a nap room while i was still getting my training done on the computer! I didnt know any of the kids names i shouldnt have even been in that room by myself while on the computer!!! Second day they thru me into my own room ALL BY MYSELF!! i didnt knw whos diapers were whos, i didnt knw the kids names, i didnt knw where supplies were, whos blanket was whos, whos sippy cup was whos. Its like they didnt even care!! Coming from primrose this place was a complete 180 from the professional environment i was used to. I dont know who would want to place their child here i honestly feel like this daycare is a last resort kind of daycare. Please be careful with where you take your child.

If you love your children DO NOT PUT THEM IN HERE! I worked here for a few weeks IT WAS ENOUGH I couldnt handle the hostile environment. The teachers SCREAM at the children on a daily basis. One teacher Ronnie cussed in front of the children MULTIPLE times. One 4 year old threw up in the sink so she yelled at him for not throwing up in the toilet instead, she wasnt even concerned that he may be sick. Another incident I over heard was the 2 year old teacher during nap time one child was crying she started yelling at him to stop crying but of course yelling at a 2 year old only makes the poor thing cry louder and stat saying "mama" then the teacher goes on to scream "mama doesnt want you" she said this to a two year old who obviously just needed some comfort!! Another was a 6 week old baby the poor thing was screaming and crying when I walked in his face was beet red so I picked up the baby then the teachers who wear leaving started talking about how mad they were that I picked up that baby he just needs to learn to be quiet on his own is what they said. Well turns out he had a dirty diaper and hadnt been fed since 11 and it was 3:30 I told the other girl I was working with he hadnt been fed and she just WROTE on his paper he got fed a 2! He ate 2 bottles and went right to sleep poor baby. Another time I got to work and the kids where watching a movie and the only teacher in there WAS ASLEEP!!! There is two exit doors in the room they were in nothing from keeping them running off!! There is no curriculum. This place is just completely awful!!! RUN AWAY! Go to Primrose or anywhere but here!
