My daughter has been attending TLE for 3 months now and looks forward to going to "Elephant School" every morning. Her teacher, Ms. Sherrie is fantastic (and also perfected/completed our daughters potty training within one week! She was on top of it as much as we were at home.) Consistency is important for a child and she provides it in ALL aspects of her classroom. At 2 and a half years old, my daughter can spell her whole name (28 letters total)! She sings songs in Spanish and asks ME what she is saying as a test (I know some Spanish so I know what she is saying.) Ms. Sherrie reinforces manners and communication skills with the children (as in how to talk out their concerns, anger, etc. instead of throwing a fit, acting violently, etc.) "Elephant School" has an awesome splash pad outside next to the "castle playground" as she calls it. On top of that, they are more than accommodating with the extra meals and drinks that need to be provided to her for health reasons. There is an indoor play area called Make Believe Boulevard that includes a slide and ball pit! All of the teachers I have met are great and you can tell that they really love what they do. When I pick my daughter up, most days she doesnt want to leave! (Poor Mommy! Haha) Ms. Karen is the Director if you want to call TLE and she is soooo nice and helpful and ALWAYS smiling. Overall, this place is fantastic and I would recommend TLE to anyone who is seeking childcare in a safe and kind facility.

I would not recommend sending your children here. The teachers have the best intentions and try their best with the circumstances they are given, but the owner has placed no value in the actual environment the children are cared for, only in the amount of money being generated. While state mandate is 9:1 for toddlers, having only one teacher to feed, clean, diaper change, potty train, teach, and entertain all 9 children herself is impossible. While the teacher is giving attention to one child the rest of the children are left unattended. It would amaze me if actual learning was taking place. This situation is at no fault to the teacher. There has been massive turnover in teachers in all of the classrooms and I doubt you will find one original person since the opening just a year ago. This includes the Directors and also even the children. Some may attribute this to growing pains of a new facility but I believe it speaks volumes about the owner and where his priorities are. The facility itself is actually very nice and I hope for the sake of the teachers and the children still in their care that the owner starts to listen to concerns of the parents and staff. There are plenty of other great child-care options in and around Murphy.

We moved to the area about a year ago, and in our first year at TLE, there have been lots of ups, but also lots of downs. This location has only been open for just over a year and has come a long way in the last year. The beginning provided a lot of challenges as there was high turnover, some teachers that should not have been there, and challenges with other children. With the recent change in management, TLE is really starting to do a very good job. The teachers seem to be happier, there is much less turnover, and quality teachers are being hired. Our teacher, Miss Sherrie, is AMAZING! She has taught our daughter so much. Our daughter is flourishing under her care. She really seems to truly love the kids and she really challenges them to learn and be the intelligent kids that we know they can be. This TLE is only going to continue to grow and continue to improve. On top of our amazing teacher, the facility offers an indoor play area with a ball pit that the kids are obsessed with. They also have an outdoor splash pad for the summer months that allow the kids to play and cool off. They also offer activities like yoga, dancing, soccer, etc. Great physical activities!

My 2 yr old daughter attends this school and she has been learning a lot and has become quite independent already in terms of eating food, potty training, manners etc. The curriculum is way better than what my 10 year old had experienced in her pre-K times in other places. Moreover, enrichment programs are all included in tuition. Also, because Lunch and snacks are included in the tuition, i dont have to worry on what to pack for her lunch everyday. The facility is only one year old and clean and very secure. She loves her teachers a lot and is a special fan of water splash days and other events. TLEs Make Believe Boulevard is a fun place for the tiny tots.

From what I learned about the place the director has a finger up her butt. She plays favorite. 3 of the teachers that were there arent any more. They are amazing and They quit. Because of the director. Its over rated. Every time I was there a kid was always bitting another kid or pushing same kid. Doing it. Nothing was done. Parents really should check out other places in Wylie. there is a great one right down the road.

We rae so much happy with TLE. Our son had lot of fun and learning. He has enjoyed being there everyday. Facility is very clean. Teachers and staff are very kind and supportive. I definitely recommend every parent to send thier kids to TLE.
