If youre in the Garland/Sachse area, this is THE gym to go to. Awesome place and people. Corry and the other coaches are amazing. This gym really focuses on technique and pays attention to their members. So happy my wife and I joined. Its one of my favorite places to be.

Best Crossfit box ive been to. Coach encourages you to show up everyday and holds you accountable if you dont. Head coach has great knowledge about the proper technique, he always ques and critiques to make sure you are being efficient and functional.
