Ive been coming to this gym and since January and there are very few occasions when its super busy maybe like 2-3 days out of the week. Most people are over exaggerating or just being whiney because they had a single bad experience. I have had a couple but you will have at least one bad experience everywhere you go so I mean... the employees are super nice and helpful and people arent on the machines too long. They also play friendly music and have a good motto. I love this gym over all

Machines work great. Staff not so friendly and give off the impression that they dont want to work there. Also Ive noticed this in some of the PFs Ive been to such as this one : why are the shower curtains so short width-wise? They dont reach from one end of the wall to the other. Meaning my naked flabby body is totally exposed when Im showering. Idk about you but Im not comfortable with the idea of people watching me shower. This isnt a prison ya know

Place is to crowded, people sitting on equipment talking on phones and BSing. Employees/manager no help because she asked me what problem was and after telling her she told me if I tell them they will address. I gave her another example and she said the same thing again but never addressing anything. Dont waste your time joining. You will stand around waiting on equipment. I have been a member for 3 years and canceled my membership.

I have been at this location a few times and I have to say, its a good gym. I thought it would be worse due to the location, but its fairly nice. A lot of equipment and space helps everyone to do whatever they want to do. Everyone that works out cleans up after themselves and I feel relaxed in there. We all have the common goal so no one bothers each other or judges one other. I cant wait to go work out again.

Smith machines are gross. They dont let you use your natural form and they limit your movement on squat and incline. Should be switched to free weight machines. Smith machines are proven to damage your shoulders and put more tension on your inner arms and shoulders instead of chest. Unlike a true barbell bench press that gives you full range of motion and uses your stability muscles.

I recommend this place to anyone who want the full package great staff and great place love love the spa love the hours because I do get off form work late and I am a mom too I love how the hours fit in to my busy schedule

Fairly new gym and has everything you need!! Great admission and monthly payment. Customer service is always nice, too. Dont get high grossed at 24 Hour or anything like that, enter the non-judgment zone at Planet!

Love it ❤ Clean, organized, not too packed and definitely enough equipment for everyone. Hate when younger ppl just lounge around the equipment like a hang out spot but this is a ppl issue not a gym issue.

Too many kids hanging out at machines talking and playing vs actually working out. The front desk doesnt enforce rules seen someone working out in flip flops.
