This location is the BIGGEST JOKE. If anyone has a membership there I recommend you CANCEL IT & KEEP YOUR RECEIPT.I canceled my membership months ago because I had bad customer service (I paid cash) and received a receipt. I threw it away a couple of weeks later because I didnt feel the need to let it sit on my desk everyday. Do we all keep our receipts when we purchase clothes at the department store or buy something new? idk about u but most of the time it gets thrown away with the bag it came in. This month planet fitness charged me THREE times. A total of $76! As soon as i spoke to the manager she told me my account was still active and if I didnt have my receipt she wouldnt refund my money. I told her that was her problem & not mine for having a dishonest employee that just pocketed my cancellation fee or SIXTY DOLLARS. It also said that i hadnt even been there SINCE FEBRUARY. How fair is that? Im NOT EVEN USING WHAT IM SUPPOSEDLY PAYING FOR!She began to give me an attitude & responded with "well thats why you need to keep your receipt." My response was "well I expect to trust you guys when i give you my money to cancel an account to actually cancel it." I didnt think id need a receipt MONTHS LATER. I asked for the corporate number. She then smiled & responded with "Ok Ill give it to you but theyre just going to direct you back to me" NEVER have I been treated so badly with such terrible customer service. I thought managers were put in their positions to FIX THINGS especially after they stole from me. Investing an extra $20 every month to workout at a better gym with GREAT customer service is definitely worth it. Not thieves, but I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be treated this way and my PROBLEM will be fixed. If not, Ill be contacting our attorney and letting every single person know what has happened with me here. Since the person in charge of this facility obviously is terrible at their job. Id hate for this to happen to someone else.I wouldnt even give this place one star. Absolutely terrible.

This location has workout machines and thats pretty much it. It was super crowded when I went and it just smelled bad everywhere. I know its a gym but other PF locations that Ive been to do not smell bad. NO BLACK CARD MEMBERS LOUNGE. If this is the only location you go to, it really isnt worth being a black card member unless you only want to tan. There was no hydro massage and the massage chairs that they did have were in the front separated from the rest of the gym by a half-wall, so theres no real relaxation going on. Also the machines were older and dated compared to other PF locations. I was pretty sure the bike I was using was on its last leg. And it seems like all the machines were really close together, like if I reached my arm out, I would be able to touch someone else. The first time I went there, the staff wasnt really nice or welcoming and I was signing up for a membership. I felt so unwelcome that after signing up at this location I actually drove to another location to work out. The second time I went to this location, there were other staff members there and they were much nicer.

Employee and manager absolutely refused to cancel my membership unless I paid $57 months ago. I later find out I could cancel for free before the 10th of the month. I was told it was misunderstanding. I was told by the manager at the time that if i pay for one more month shell let me cancel. Membership still wasnt canceled. I reported my card as stolen and asked my bank to block charges from PF. I used the gym 24 days over the span of a year. My current bill is $200+. I dont know why business still operate this way knowing they could be recorded.It is 2016 for crying out loud everybody records everything. Hopefully corporate is able to fix this if not its off to smalls claims!! P.s always always record, even when you think you dont need to. You can even save them to Google drive if you switch phones or dont want them taking up a lot of space. Tuck them in a nice folder and if the time comes for you to need them your covered. Thank you planet fitness(garland) for being such ignoramous thieves.

I had the worst experience ever!! This place is out to rip people off, I had a year membership and once the year contract was up, I contacted in person 30 days prior to provide enough time for PF to cancel my membership, I was told that my membership would be canceled.. Well, the following month the charges showed up again at this time I took my bank statement to prove that the charges were made and the young lady at the front desk told me that I would had to wait another month in order to have my cancellation processed, I told her that if she didnt cancel my membership at that moment I would call their headquarters and I would go to social media to rant about their service practice to avoid potential member from joining this club.. Well, the next day I received a call from the gym telling me that my latest charge was going to be refunded back if I refrain from contacting their HQ & social media.. Case resolved!!

I travel quite a bit and have been a member for over 2 yrs. I am in town for family business and staying with my brother, so this location is right down the street. I understand its an older lovation, but one bike I tried didnt work and had no signage to that effect. The next one I tried was off-balance and wobbled the whole time, not to mention the tv controls being mounted on the handlebars which was uncomfortable and awkward. Whose idea was that? The big thing, however, was that the whole 2 hrs I was there the mens lock was being serviced by 2 females while a male employee stood his post at the counter. Hard to pee while looking over your shoulder for a lady to walk in on you. Forget showering after the workout! Ill try a different location today. Very disappointing, glad its not MY local gym.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. These thieves always find a way to not let you cancel your membership or they will charge you more than they are already charging, after having my membership fees withdrawn from my bank account for years and no visits, NONE in the last 18 months I finally decided I dont need this membership at the moment so I stopped by to cancel it, it is May 30, 2017 about 2:30 PM and they told me that my membership renews on June 1st and even though I was still 2 days away they still charged me over $40.00. IF I had thought to come back in the near future to this place that has made me 100% sure I will not ever come back to this place, luckily there are more options other than this thieving place. NEVER ever again. SHAME ON THESE PEOPLE

I went here three weeks ago and the staff was really friendly and attentive but I wanted to know two things, are there no fans at this location and is there no free WiFi? My normal PF has two huge fans hanging from the ceiling and there is free wifi. Is it a deal breaker for this location, no but I thought that all PF were going to be the same like my normal one. The equipment was cool but compared to my normal location a little dated. Not sure if I caught them on a bad day but there were several out of order signs on the treadmills. Still it was a good experience but these are small fixes I could suggest to change this from a 3 to a 5 star.
