New girll at front desk. Well I never seen before. Today she was at the gym between 3:10 pm and 4:00 pm hispanic girl. Very rude brought my grand daughter in and she was just rude asked if she had a membership and starts to tell me about a customer account. Which I knew the person but not my business what thier status is with the gym. As long as I pay and thats all that matters to me. Well now when I come to the gym she doesnt greet me and makes a face. But she sure does talk to other people. I guess who she gets along with. What ever happened to the other front desk people they were friendly and always said hi and bye. They had great customer skills but I no longer see them. So everytime I come to the gym I have to see a not so skilled person that doesnt have a clue about customer service especially when she started to tell me aboutt someone elses account!! Thats a Big NO NO!! Good customer skills bring people in the door not grumpy people!

If there was a star lower than one I would put it! Terrible terrible customer service! I cant tell you how many times I have had to go up to and call this place! I canceled my account last November when I moved to frisco. The girl said oh its more than 25 miles away so we cant charge you for canceling your membership... All was good until almost a year later I have 600$ on my credit report from impact fitness!!!!! With an average monthly fee of 30$ 600$ makes no since to put on someones credit report almost a year later! Nobody I repeat nobody at this place knows what they are doing and they do not take care of their customers! I am so disappointed and wouldnt recommend an enemy to this place!

If youre a fan of indifferent customer service, customer harassment and neglected workout facilities, then by all means, join Negative Impact Fitness. Otherwise, save your money, or spend it elsewhere (maybe the YMCA, the JCC, or about 10 other alternatives). Warning: Members seeking to end their memberships have to give a 30-day notice for doing so. And to sever the membership, members must personally enter the gym, or send a registered letter. Basically, its easier to quit a job or to get married than to leave Negative Impact Fitness. Wish I had something positive to say about one of the businesses in my neighborhood, but I dont.

Steve and Carolyn are always incredibly nice and know me and my girlfriend by name. The facilities are decent, but as long as youre not incredibly needy, its a great gym. Plenty of treadmills and cardio machines. Great Yoga classes. If you go during peak hours, its going to be busy... Duh. You cant hold them responsible for that. Its certainly not the best gym Ive ever been to, but its a great gym nearby unless you need zero-g treadmills or cold laser baths and other needful things.

Canceled my membership 4 months ago. I paid in full and was told I could cancel at anytime without having to continue to pay. I canceled with Shelby a girl working front desk and told me everything was good to go. Unfortunately Im still getting billed to this day and theyre not going to terminate my account unless I find the document of my cancelation. Signed up at Golds Gym instead cause they actually have a corporate office to speak to about billing unlike impact fitness.

Great gym, friendly and attentive staff. Lots of options for cardio. The free weights and weight machines are wonderful, you can always find weights or a machine, if youre into throwing weights around and grunting its a good spot. The gym is older so you get great perks at half the price. I love the trainers because theyre shears there to help unlike those cross fit places. So if you arent getting the results you want they can tell you what youre doing wrong.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! The gym is nice it self but the customer service sucks ass!! I never had such a hard time with any gym before I came here. They do not like to do cancellations. Do not sign up for a personal trainer here. Its a rip off and a scam. My friend paid for a session and she never heard from her trainer since then. Ive been trying to cancel my membership n trainer for the past week and half and all Im getting is a run around.

If I could rate this place a ZERO, I definitely would!! Nothing but dirty business done at Impact Fitness! PLEASE DO NOT CONSIDER THIS GYM there are many other gyms that can provide better service and not continue to charge you after youve cancelled your membership. This gym is money hungry and they continue to charge you, even after being a member for years. Legal action is being taken!!

Gym members beware - these guys are why you dont join gyms. We moved out of the area a year ago and are still harassed about fees for a membership we cancelled. We had to stop the credit card because they would/will not cancel. I am going to have to take legal action to get them to stop. There are other, better, more ethical gyms in the area. I highly recommend LA Fitness.

While I was signing up for this for my parents there was amazing customer service. There seems to be so many benefits and they wanted to help in any way possible. The worker with us, Josh gave us all the information needed and wanted to give us the best with an affordable price. I think I myself will be signing up soon

I am coming up one my one year anniversary, and I am curious if the information the sales rep gave me was correct. Reading the reviews has made me wary of the billing of impact fitness. When I signed up I was told there was a 1 time initiation fee. Will this turn out to be true I wonder?

During my tour and signup, NO ONE said there is an additional monthly fee. Then when I tried to cancel, they told me I an under contract and cannot do that. I have to provide proof of a move, or a doctors note explaining I cannot exercise. Should have gone with my instincts.

Old gym, but perfect gym... Cardio area with everything from bikes to stair climbers.. Running track on top level perfect for getting your heart rate up between sets of weights . They have a cross fit area also .. Everything you need for awesome workouts! ❤️

Ive been trying to cancel my membership & i keep getting the run around, Texas Gym on Ferguson & Oates is way better than this gym i dont want my money back i just want to end the relationship with this gym! I do not recommend to anyone!

This gym is ok when everything is working correctly. Sometimes the hot tub and steam room doesnt work. It stays down for weeks! That sucks because I only use the wet area. But when everything works...Impact is great!!!

Horrible company. Closed the Garland location and sold the contracts to Fitness connection and if you dont want to go there you must pay $80 cancellation fee. Poorly operated I would not sign up at any location now.

Dont let the outside fool you. Its in an older retail center, but theyve recently updated most of their equipment, the staff is super friendly and the monthly fees are cheap. Great place for your workouts.
