I say not bad because you are at least getting something small and not overcrowded and having to wait on a machine. But for the same price as larger gyms, you dont get the pool, group classes, or the larger locker rooms. If you need something small and personal and a minimum amount of machines and weights (like a mini hotel gym) this would be for you. If you want the classes, a pool/hot tub, sauna, group classes, childcare, and more options on machines and weights this is not the place for sure. Also, beware of the members and employees children, they let them run freely in the gym and play with the equipment, a word to the wise, this is not a daycare facility!

Just got off the phone with Jeff Hope (the manager), so so helpful!! My husband is traveling to TX, and forgot his key fob to get into the building. So I called and Jeff answered and I was asking the staffed hours so he could workout at those times, and Jeff set him up a temp key so he can still workout at anytime and not have to go during staffed hours. I did not even ask for that, he just did it! So nice and friendly! Best help I have ever gotten from a gym. And we have been to 3 different brands. Anytime is the best!

Its a small gym but has everything you need. Very reasonably priced. Staff is friendly and approachable. Great mix of gym rats and beginners, so theres people you can aspire too and people you could inspire. I dont really talk to people but i still feel a sense of community from seeing a lot of the same people 4 or 5 times a week. Its a great place to get serious about health and fitness.

Large variety of equipment most gyms dont have. Great staff, they didnt have any rtd pre-workout drinks, but they gave me a free sample AND a shaker. I couldnt be more impressed with the customer service I received.

Not over priced, and you never have to stand in line for a machine. Ive been working out there for about 3 months now and its great. The Owner is really supportive and helps everyone say motivated!!

This place is pretty small but they have a ton of equipment. Very nice selection and open 24/7. Not too busy either.
