I wish I could give you guys zero star. Bad and rude service. I called and asked information about my plane tickets for next summer which means I wanted to book tickets. That was the reason I called. But the representative was unable to help and instead, being rude to me. And, please! When a customer speaks Vietnamese to you, speak Vietnamese back. Do not speak half English and half Vietnamese. I wanted my parents understand what we say. If I wanted to speak English, I wouldnt have spoken Vietnamese in the first place. Peace! Many thanks to the person who pissed me off with her unprofessional service. I hope the manager can read this complain, ask Ms.Ngoc and reply me asap.

Vietnam visa 5 years costs only $80 or less. These guys charged like $110. Beware! You can always book your ticket online even cheaper! Free cancellation! Also, Here is the trick: You can always travel to Vietnam without Visa within 15 days for free! (Think of travelling to Japan or Korea or Thailand, check out at the day of 14th and come back a few days later, you will have another 15 days!)
