Our experience with Tina Spielmann was a nightmare!!! she is very unprofessional and after she made many empty promises and had our booking and $s in her greedy hands. All communication stopped. she did not do one thing for me or our party, seriously.. she could not even respond to and email that one of our guest sent with some questions. We booked one year out and in literally less then two weeks before the trip myself or our guest had not heard form Tina! and then a week before the occasion most guest had not received their tickets!! I booked the same group of 26 people on a cruise with AAA Travel and our experience with Mary Beth was hands down above and beyond!! This occasion was my daughters wedding Tina said she would do all the communication with the wedding planer in Mexico not one email was sent to confirm details. My daughter and I were so embarrassed because we had sent Tinas information to all our guest and promised she would take great care of them and four of our quest mentioned how rude Tina had been. My advice...work with any other travel agency other then Travel Leaders. Happy travels.

I went to travel leaders wondering how we were going to visit Europe and travel to multiple different countries in 2.5 weeks. She helped us figure out Eurrail passes for us, and helped us figure out how we would be able to visit all of these places. We ended up traveling to Germany, Switzerland, Austria, back through Germany to Holland, and left back through Germany again, than went up to Denmark, Sweden, than Norway to travel through the fjiords and than to England at my brothers Air Force Base, to then go up to Scotland, and then at last Ireland... We ended up going back to England again to leave. But wow... This trip was amazing, and I am very happy I got to do what I wanted to do.

After spending a day talking to other travel agencies, being told no, and being disappointed that other agents couldnt be bothered to look into other options for us, this place was the light at the end of the tunnel. We were a walk-in, and Tina took the time out of her already solidly-booked day to sit down with us, find out what we needed, and explore all of the options available - which turned out to save us $400 and came with some great perks. We are so grateful, thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
