I am only putting up a star because thats the only way I can post a review. They truly deserve "negative" stars if there was such a thing. Short version of the issue is I paid for a passport renewal and was never called for fingerprinting. I was called a couple times to follow up but I was told nothing had occurred and even though I kept on asking for a call back, I never got one. On 8/23 I called again and spoke with Owemma (I am sure I got the name wrong but she is the female in the office). I advised her I want my refund and I hoped it wouldnt be a problem. She said no. I show up on 8/29 (twice I might add) and her boss denied to give me my refund even though no service was rendered I never got the any calls about fingerprinting. The irony of the issue is that he was on the phone barking at someone who owed him $250 and lamenting that he is not being treated fairly. I dont think this company even reads the google reviews on them or let alone respond or improve their business practices based on the review. Needless to say, the more detailed version of this development will be filed at BBB. If youre reading this before you go there, I caution you to change your mind. ** Stay Away** from this company.

This place is Dead!!! Unserious bunch of people !!no regard for client. treated like piece of rubbish!!! Very unprofessional lots both female male and the overall boss... Do business with this bunch of People at your own Risk!!!! Bringing bad name to Nigerians abroad.. you need to close down and be selling Fufu... May You be unhappy the way you have made us unhappy with your Service... unreliable lotssss...Lost money and time dealing with this People!!!!

My experience was horrible. Calls were never returned, text messages were not answered and no explanation was given for their ineptitude. Even at times when i managed to get someone on the phone, i would be placed on hold for more than 20 minutes and then asked to call back again. I will never have any business to do with them again.

Same experience. This is just absolutely sad that someone can be in business and treat customers this way. Absolutely no response to calls and texts. This is insane. Does not even deserve one star!!!
