Do not purchase your airline tickets here. Customer service is awful. I purchased a two-way flight to Mexico but due to Patricia Hurricane it was cancelled. I was charged significant fees for a refund. Even though none of the disclaimers said so since I had no control over the changes. I spoke to the manager who gave me the run around when I asked for the disclaimer that stated I owed a significant fee for cancelled flight. He never called back and has avoided my calls.
