I greatly recommend Lawson to everyone looking for reasonable price tickets to India and other places. Staff were so friendly and they make sure that you receive an excellent service. My travel agent was Lisa Philip and she did a great job on tickets for our family visit to India. She was awesome and promptly addressed our travelling needs. She explained our itinerary very clearly and gave hints in advance to avoid any hiccups during travel time. She was quick and responsible and possess the best customer service skills especially in understanding and working with the needs of her customers. She is a great asset to the company she works for and if you choose her as your travel agent, I assure that you are in good hands. I had a very pleasant experience with Lawson Travel. I needed to travel with my family of 4 for the high season. Like a typical desi traveler, I called 5 different agencies for prices and routes. I like a good deal when I see one. Lawson was able to get me the most direct flight and it was the cheapest price for high season that I was able to get. In fact the next day the ticket prices went up even more and, thanks to their speedy booking, they saved me from paying the increased fares. They also went the extra mile and reserved seats for me and my family near the front of the plane so it made my travel experience even better. This was probably the best India-ticket-buying experience I ever had in my 35 years in the USA. I will definitely use Lawson for my travel again.

If you are interested in buying a ticket they will be there to help you but they are as blunt as they can be and once you have initially purchased the tickets and everything is done then they will not be willing to help you with anything without charging you to even make slight changes into it. and will be very rude to you. One of the things that really disappoints me which I have never seen in any other company that does it like that , that if you are needing help or have even a minor question no one is willing to help you because they want you to just speak with the person who initially booked your tickets and that really disappoints me because if they are unavailable then you have no help whatsoever .

I have contacted them by seeing their advt all over dallas last summer.First and foremost their pricing is something like we negotiate on a market.When i called them they told $xx is the price if you buy today,offcourse it was higher compared to other agents,so i did not contact them back but they followed up with next day and reduced the price again but still it was higher so i was not intertested.They followed up me next day again then i told your price is even higher,Then they want to know the competitor price reduce it again but i do not want to want buy from somebody who do not have correct pricing policy.so i did not purchase so they got angry and told me never ever approch them back for an air ticket.

Im not sure why there are negative reviews below but I have used Lawson travel numerous times over the last few years and they have done a phenomenal job!! The prices I have received have always been lower than what I have found online or through other travel agencies. (Riya, Skypass). Biju also does a great job in outlining the ticket conditions so that you are aware of all the fees that may be associated with a cancellation or change in the itinerary. I have greatly enjoyed working with Biju Lawson. He is courteous and has always been very prompt in responding to both emails/phone calls. I would recommend Biju & Lawson travel without any reservations!!

Take care when dealing with Lawson Travels. For supposed you are trying from 2 or 3 agents for best deal and finally if you dont take ticket from these guys, they will call you and curse you like anything.Take care my dear friends.Really you will get upset if this happen....This is happened to me......They will give best deal..but in my case, I did not take ticket from them , took ticket from another agent. My opinion is, Agents job is to get a best deal to his customer,it is not mandatory that whoever comes to his place, need to buy a ticket.

Their Customer Service Reps including their CEO Biju Thomas are rude and manupalitive. If you are price shopping they will book a reservation under your name and not cancel it...they will lie to you that they have cancelled it but not cancel it...so you cant book with anyone else with better pricing. Be very careful dealing with these people..as they quote you one price and after booking..the price magically climbs. They wasted my whole day..will never go back to them. You are better off online shopping.

I called them up to book my tickets recently and she was very rude.She was very unpleasant to talk to and just unbelievably rude.she is from kerala and as a keralite myself Iwas hoping to get a better service.But i booked my tickets last year also from Lawson but a different agent and she was just great. I couldnt remember her name.so couldnt ask for her this time.i guess the service depends on the agent you get.

Lawson Travel is the Best Travel Agency! The agents take the time to understand your travel needs, and will respond back quickly with the best price. They can also beat the competition! I have used Lawson Travel to travel overseas and I was definitely satisfied. When my friends and co-workers ask me to find them the best deal, I tell them to "Call Lawson Travel! They are the best!!"

These folks used to be very prompt, professional, courteous and helpful. I booked several times with these folks several times. However these qualities are missing now. They send email about the travel deals, when you call them they give you good quote but will not send any information back or help you to book. It is better if you can find the same deal somewhere else.

Agent helped us in right seat selection for my mother travelling with my toddler and also with other special requests.. I would definitely come back for my family future travel needs.

Gave me a good deal when I was flying to India. The Agents were very helpful. I dint had time to research a lot but they gave lower prices then the usual travel booking websites so thats a plus. They had some special fares for India with emirates. The follow up is great as well. Will definitely book my tickets with them in future.
